"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place was a bad choice for my family member who really needed care. If your relative can do everything on their own and wants to live in a fancy apartment building that provides meals, maybe this could work for them. My family member stayed here for 2 months, and we ended up paying over $50,000 for their care. $30,000 of that went to the Triangle, and then we had to get additional help from outside to cover things that were supposed to be taken care of according to their plan. Since then, I moved my family member to a smaller group home, which costs only a fraction of the price and provides much better care.

"Mixed Feelings About Communication, Appreciates Care for Residents"
Overall, this place is really nice, and I can tell they care about the people who live here. The only issue is that sometimes the staff don't talk enough to each other or to our families. They're still being careful about Covid, so you have to schedule a visit in advance, and it's limited to 45 minutes where they bring your family member out to meet you.

"Lovely New Facility; Needs Better COVID Communication, Overall Recommendable"
This place is nice and new. During COVID, they need better communication, but otherwise, I recommend it to others.

"Urban Location Not Ideal for Parents"
This place seems nice, but I'm not a fan of the location. Since it's in a more 'city' area, I don't think it's ideal for my parents.

"Fancy Hotel Vibes with Great Staff and Awesome Amenities"
This place feels like a fancy hotel. The staff are really nice and professional. I didn’t see many activities or residents in the common areas. The apartments and amenities are fantastic!

"Elegant New Facility with High Standards and Friendly Staff"
I haven't used the care services yet, but the monthly fee is pretty high. The building is brand new and looks very nice. My apartment is beautiful with hard floors, marble, and glass walls. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top-notch, with great decor, service, and food quality.
