"Lacking Care: Assisted Living Needs Improvement"
The nurses are friendly, but they struggle to maintain a clean environment. The grounds have neglected trees and plants. They need more help with medicine distribution, and the meals lack proper nutrition.

"Three Forks: Assisted Living with Nursing Home Atmosphere"
My parents moved to Three Forks almost 3 months ago, but they actually signed up in December. We persuaded them to come here because it's Assisted Living, not a nursing home. Unfortunately, it feels just like a typical nursing home. Some hallways smell like pee. The public bathrooms aren't well maintained. Cleaning doesn't happen regularly. The food isn't great. The bus for trips has been broken, so there haven't been any outings like they promised. Most residents need help walking, so maybe planning these activities is hard because of not having enough staff. There isn't a receptionist at the front desk to help with questions or problems from residents and their families. There's a doctor who comes once a week, but it's not clear how to make an appointment with them. We're really let down by Three Forks. The only good thing: The staff is really friendly and caring!

"Assisted living falls short: poor cleanliness, bad food, broken promises."
My family got duped. We met who hyped up this place. We thought it’d be great for my 84-year-old mom. The staff is nice, but there are problems. They barely cleaned her room, even though they promised weekly cleanings. I talked to the manager twice about it, but no changes. The food is terrible too! I complained, but nothing improved. It's not nutritious for older folks. I'm disappointed and thinking about moving my mom somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place at all!

"Great staff made adjustment easy for my mother’s move"
My mother moved in a few months ago, and we’re really happy with it. It took her a little while to get used to it, but the staff made it very easy. The staff are very nice and really care about their work.

"Warning Signs: Unprofessional Nursing at Assisted Living"
The unprofessional behavior of a particularly loud-mouthed nurse raises red flags, urging potential residents and families to exercise caution before choosing this place. Remember, appearances can be deceiving!

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Professionalism and Care"
There's a nurse who's not nice to coworkers, so who knows if he's good to residents? He's not professional at all. Since the management changed, the place got worse. There's too much drama and gossip, and they don't focus on residents anymore. I didn't know nurses are supposed to watch videos or TV instead of helping people. Plus, the boss doesn't care about complaints.

"Neglect and Disrespect: An Unacceptable Experience"
When someone in the residence passed away, the staff seemed more concerned about who would take things from the resident's room. They don't value the residents anymore. I've visited many times, and the male nurse there uses really gross.

"Neglected Care and Disconnected Staff"
In this scathing review of an assisted living facility, the author highlights several concerning issues. The facility’s aesthetics may be pleasing, but the staff’s behavior leaves much to be desired. The nurse’s inappropriate conduct, lack of activities in memory care, and negligent medication management all contribute to a disheartening experience for residents and their families.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Some Supervision Shortcomings"
When someone you care about moves in, make sure to visit often and speak up. It's not too pricey, and it's a cozy little place that's kept tidy and neat. My family member shares a room, and sometimes they're left alone a lot because there aren't enough staff. But the workers are nice and listen to my worries. It's not like a nursing home; it's more for folks who can still move around on their own. We're happy because it's convenient, affordable, and we can keep an eye on things. Everyone seems happy and dressed nicely; they all seem content.
