"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living Facility"
I went to check out this place first. It's like three regular houses in a neighborhood. The floors were really slippery in all of them. Also, one house had big boxes blocking the hallway, which didn't seem safe. But since many people there used wheelchairs, maybe it wasn't as risky. The person in charge of activities was friendly and seemed to really enjoy her work. Some rooms were made for three people, which was cheaper but not ideal. And everyone had to share a bathroom.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility with Some Safety Concerns"
This was the first assisted living facility I stopped by, right in a normal neighborhood. It had three houses. Each house had incredibly shiny, slippery floors which caught me off guard. Also, one house had many big boxes filled with supplies blocking its hallway. I thought these might be safety concerns. There were quite a few people living here who used wheelchairs, but maybe for them, it wasn't so risky. I met the activity director - she was very friendly and you could tell she loved her work. Some rooms were built for 3 people, and unfortunately, those were the ones we could afford. All of the residents had to use a shared bathroom.

"Excellent Care with Compassionate and Attentive Staff"
My family and I were very careful when choosing a place for my mom. We did a lot of research and read the reviews for Total Loving Care, Inc. The reviews were positive, so we decided to visit the facility. It is very nice and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Unlike other places we’ve visited, there are no bad smells here. We saw that the staff are very attentive and organized. They occasionally take my mom outside for activities, and they cater to her special needs. They focus on caring for people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other memory issues. The staff is caring and skilled at what they do. I highly recommend this facility.

"A Great Care Home"
This care home is really nice and clean. My dad is getting great care on a smaller scale, and he enjoys the food. Choosing this place was the best decision for him.

"Great care and clean, friendly staff help with adjustment."
The staff here are great. They take wonderful care of my mom. I know she doesn't want to be here, but the staff are really kind and help her adjust. The food is just okay. The place is very clean, and we like it a lot.

"Great Owner Makes Residents Happy and Well-Cared For"
The owner is amazing and always quick to answer any questions or worries I have about my loved one. My mom has dementia and can be very hard to care for, but she really loves the owner. The way the place is run makes a big difference in how happy the residents are.

"Wonderful Care and Clean Homes!"
My sister has been living at Total Loving Care since May 7, 2015. Lee takes excellent care of her. I'm really impressed with how they treat their residents. The homes are always very clean. The food must be good because she eats well. When she needed to see a doctor, Lee arranged for a visit the next day, even though it was Sunday and Mother's Day. The doctor came on time and took care of her right away. I am very happy with the care she receives.

"Perfect place but a bit pricey"
I love this place, it's perfect. The only problem was the cost. Otherwise, I'm very happy. It's very nice.

"Clean, Organized, and Great Value"
The place was super clean and well-organized. We were really impressed with Lee Gasper, the on-site R.N. The cost of services is totally worth it. The residents looked happy and well taken care of. They also had daily activities, so no one was just sitting around watching TV.

"A Wonderful, Caring Place for Loved Ones"
I was really impressed with how well my mom was treated here, even though she passed away shortly after. I know the woman who runs the place, and she's amazing. Everyone who lives there just loves her. She even bought the property across the street where my mom stayed, even though it was just for a few days. The facility is super clean and has a positive vibe. The people there are very friendly and caring. It's just a great place! My father-in-law stayed there too, and it was lovely. I would recommend this place anytime. You feel good just walking in; it's a very positive and great place.

We really like what Total Loving Care offers. We visited a few times before choosing them, and everyone had good things to say. The place is clean, comfy, and well-kept. "Mixed Bag for Assisted Living"
I liked how nice the folks were there. The house was tidy inside. But outside didn't look so good. The grass was super long. They've got a big backyard, but it's not being used. There were just a couple of old, shaky chairs on a patio with no cover.
