"Dim and Unwelcoming Facility; Insensitive Staff During Tour"
We visited Traditions Senior Living and Memory Care. The place was really dark and sad. The person showing us around insisted that my family member had to be in Memory Care, without even bothering to ask about them.

"Great Staff and Clean Facility, New Activities Director"
The director and staff are professional and know their stuff. The facility is clean and modern. There’s enough space and the rooms are good. The food is tasty and there’s a good variety. There aren’t many activities yet, but a new activities director just started this week.
