"Beautiful Facility, Insufficient Assistance"
We visited Trinity Oaks of Pearland while looking for an Assisted Living facility for my mom. The place was lovely, and the location worked well for Independent Living. Unfortunately, they couldn't offer enough assistance for my mom.

"Kind staff and clean environment make this facility a good choice"
My sister has lived here for 4 months. I visit her 2-3 times a week, and I always see that the caregivers treat everyone with kindness and respect. The facility might not have extra amenities like a pool, but the caring attitude is clear, and that's really important to me. It’s always clean and nice, though not fancy.

"Good Communication, But Some Issues with Meals and Staff"
My loved one has some issues with the meals. She says they serve a lot of sandwiches. Also, the staff don’t wear hairnets or gloves, and she found a hair in her food. She tells me that the staff just come into the apartment. They knock but don’t wait for you to answer; they just use their key and come in. She’s had trouble a few times getting answers when she calls for help. I like that they send me a monthly email with a calendar of events, and I feel like they do a good job of keeping me updated. But my loved one says they don’t keep the residents informed well enough. When I’ve visited, they’ve been helpful and answered my questions. It’s clean. The apartments are nice and big, and my loved one has a washer and dryer in the unit. They have pull strings inside if you need help or have a fall. When my loved one used hers, they came right away and called me too.

"Trinity Oaks Review"
I recommend Trinity Oaks. They respond within 24 hours and are helpful. Medication management is good, and they've improved the menu. Social distancing affects activities, but residents still connect.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is pretty good. The cost is reasonable. The people who live here are really friendly. We faced some issues because they didn't offer a certain service, but the staff tried their best to help us. We had to leave because my grandma needed more help. They have nice events and the community is great. The food is also really good.

"Top-notch care, professional staff, and a welcoming environment."
The food is excellent, and the organization is top-notch. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your loved one feels welcome and not abandoned. They’re professional and always on top of their game. More than once, they’ve gone the extra mile to help or come to the rescue of my 93-year-old mother. Everyone has a fancy title, but they all work hard to live up to them, showing professionalism and kindness. It’s a hard balance, but they manage it well. Transitions are tough, but the programs, outings, and games help keep the place happy despite the circumstances. My mother needs help with her meds, and they handle everything from refills to administration. With all the activities available, I only wish they offered a class on managing your smartphone—I could use that too. Mom was able to keep her little Shih Tzu, which gives her great comfort, and the courtyard is a great, large, manicured space for her to run around in.

"A caring, close-knit community for those hesitant to move."
Trinity Oaks is a great place for someone who didn't want to leave their home. Mom has found caring people here, including both the staff and other residents. It's like a close-knit family.

"Assisted Living Woes"
My dad’s place went downhill fast! They cut services, blame everything, and charge extra for missed rides.

"Nine Years and Still Happy"
Mom has lived there for almost nine years. The director is wonderful, and the care staff is very kind. Trinity Oaks is small, so residents aren’t lost in the crowd. The rooms are a good size, and they have procedures to help residents get to doctors, shopping, and other places.

" "Home Sweet Home? Not Anymore!""
What Happened to our Old Hangout Spot? This once thriving senior care home is swiftly going downhill since the new takeover and their underprepared new Director who used to be in charge of Activities. These last couple of years, my folks have thought of it as their abode. Now, the personnel are nearly all gone after lots of our (and their) most loved workers abruptly quit. There's no full-time nurse around and the system for giving out medications is a complete mess. We're on the hunt for a more fitting, consistent place to move my parents to. This entire situation is so disappointing.

"Dissatisfactory Care at Cornerstone's Assisted Living Facility"
Never, ever consider this place for your loved ones. The environment is gloomy, it's unclean and the staff lacks empathy. The person in charge is lacking experience and ignores phone calls. When my mom fell sick, getting extra aid for her was a struggle. Cornerstone took over recently and suddenly, things got worse, and to top it all off, the fees increased. My mom passed away here and I got a shocking call stating I need to pay one more month's rent because we didn't give a 30-day notice, which starts from the day she died. Unbelievable!

"A Great Place to Call Home"
My mom has been at Trinity Oaks for nine years, and we’re really happy with it. There are lots of activities for those who want to join in. The director and care staff are amazing and clearly care a lot about the residents. We haven’t had any worries since Mom moved in, and we truly appreciate everything the director and staff do to make Trinity Oaks a great place to live.

"Very Happy with My Father's Transition to This Community"
This community is fantastic and made my father’s move smooth. I’m happy with everything they’ve done for our family. The staff is great and very helpful. They keep the place clean and tidy whenever I visit. They really care about taking good care of your loved one. Since my father was new in town, they even helped us find a great doctor for him. I highly recommend this community; it’s been perfect for us. I’m very satisfied.

"Avoid this place - Understaffed and poorly managed"
The director isn't capable of managing this place. It feels like they're just making things up as they go. The people living here keep complaining about how dull it is. There are barely any activities, especially on weekends when the supervision seems to decrease. There isn't even a nurse around. The last one quit after just a few months. The so-called "on-call" team for the weekend is just the receptionist, a maintenance guy, the non-existent nurse, and the incompetent director. And that's only during the day! They're understaffed. I think they may be more interested in getting leases signed maybe because they get a commission. It's hard to tell.

"New Ownership Ruins Previously Enjoyable Facility"
This place has really taken a dive since Cornerstone took over. It once used to be a wonderful place. Now the dependable staff are quitting. They put a brand new executive director in charge who doesn't seem to give a second thought to any troubles, and fails to properly manage issues. The meals are becoming lousier day by day. It's so disappointing. We enjoyed being here for over 6 years and we're now seriously considering a move.

"Great tour for families considering assisted living options"
We visited this place to look at their care services. The community was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. It's a pretty big place, and we worried it might be too large for what he would be comfortable with. They have good activities for residents who want to join in. Overall, it’s a bit bigger than what we were looking for. We recommend other families take a tour.

"Friendly Care and Activities for Loved Ones"
I really like the care my mom gets here. The staff is friendly and very caring. I was happy they could arrange a room on the bottom floor for her. She enjoys the activities they offer. We would recommend this place to other families who need great care for a loved one.

"Declining Standards: Risks Outweigh any Care at This Facility"
The initial impression was positive. However, in the last 4 years, conditions have declined significantly. The only pictures available online are ancient, from 2011. It's not a place I would recommend for loved ones. It appears they only pretend to care. There is a serious lack of safety measures. This is certainly not a comforting or supportive environment for the residents.

"Spacious Rooms and Everything You Need, Worth the Price"
The rooms in the independent living area are a good size. Everything you need is all in one place. It’s a bit expensive, but we think it’s worth the cost. We’re planning a second visit.
