Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care

"Nice facility but pricey with unexpected requirements and comments"
Twin Rivers seemed like a nice place. They knew about another community we visited and made some unexpected negative comments about them. I was also surprised that they require residents to keep disposable gloves for their staff. Plus, they were a bit more expensive. For example, medication management wasn’t included in the base price, and their starting price was higher. So, the costs added up quickly. Still, it seemed like a nice place.

"Twin Rivers is recommended despite some food service issues."
Pretty good. The kitchen service isn't top-notch, but I still recommend Twin Rivers.

"Security Concerns at Assisted Living"
The friendly, helpful staff lack extensive training. Night security is a concern.

"Recommended for its Nice Facility and Staff"
This place is really nice. The people who work here are friendly. Everything is set up well, with staff stations in each part of the building. I think it's a good choice.

"Very pleased with Twin Rivers Assisted Living so far!"
We recently moved our family members into Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care—one in assisted living and one in memory care. The transition has been good so far, though they are still getting used to the new routines. The facility is new, so they’re working on getting everything running smoothly. It’s very clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. We can visit and ask the management questions, and they respond quickly. There are many activities, and staff encourage residents to join in. The meals look good and offer a balanced variety. It would be helpful to start meal times earlier for early risers. We checked out many places, and we’re very happy with our choice.

"Great place for Dad!"
My father-in-law loves the food and has made friends here. You can bring your dog, and the community is clean and well-maintained. He enjoys playing the piano, and I would recommend this community.

"Visit Twin Rivers for the Best Care and Support!"
My mother was in another facility before, and I wasn’t happy at all. They were giving her too much medication without letting me know. We really wanted to choose Twin Rivers, but it wasn’t an option at that time. So, we picked a different place that looked nice. After about two months, I noticed a big decline in my mom’s health and personality. When I got the medication bill, I saw she was being overmedicated. I talked to the staff and doctor, but nothing changed, so we moved her to Twin Rivers immediately. Twin Rivers is amazing! The Director [Removed] and the Memory Care supervisor [Removed], and honestly, everyone there is just fantastic. My mom has improved so much; she’s laughing and looking so much better, and this is only after one week. I’ve never met such caring people. This is how your loved one should be treated. If you’re having problems with your current place or looking for a new one, definitely check out Twin Rivers Richardson. Dealing with this disease is hard enough without worrying about how your loved one is being treated.

"Loving Care and Daily Activities for Your Loved One"
My mom, who has advanced dementia, has gotten the most loving and caring help since moving to Twin Rivers this past spring. She is very happy and enjoys the daily activities. My brother and I feel totally confident that her needs are being met every day in all areas of her life. Plus, they work well with family members to give the best care possible. We are very pleased and highly recommend Twin Rivers Memory Care!

"Impressed by Rooms, Dining, and Staff Hope for Availability"
We visited this place and I have to say WOW! We were really impressed by the rooms, the dining area, and especially the staff. I really hope they have rooms open when Mom finishes rehab... I would love for her to live here!
