"Cozy Assisted Living with Family-Friendly Vibe"
Nice place with fewer residents, cozy atmosphere, and family-friendly. Furniture pros and cons.

"Horrifying Experience with Mismanaged Assisted Living Facility"
I had my dear one staying at this facility for over a year, and unfortunately, it was a distressing experience. The staff administering medications are not adequately trained. Mistakes with the medicines were a regular occurrence. Despite my repeated complaints, there was no response or change; they continued operating as usual. Their current manager seems to lack proper skills and expertise. Her main focus is always on claiming "we are creating a family-like environment". Worried for my loved one's safety, I decided to move them out before a serious mishap took place. I even contacted the owner, but I didn't find him to be entirely truthful.

"Great care and personal attention at Village Green"
The staff here are really nice and always learning to get better. They treat everyone like family. I appreciate that Village Green is smaller because it means more personal care.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I visited my loved one in June and noticed big changes. New staff with bad attitudes, rude behavior, and poor care. The place smells like urine and feels uncomfortable now. The vibe is depressing and unhappy. There used to be great staff who brought life and happiness. There are fewer staff now, which isn't good. Safety should be the priority, not saving money.

"Misleading Alzheimer's Care; Limited Staff Knowledge; Clean Facility"
Pretty place, super clean. Make sure your loved one’s needs match. They say it's for Alzheimer’s care, but the staff don’t really know much about it. This seems common in Texas. So, ask lots of questions and research well before deciding.
