"Mixed Experience at Walnut Place Assisted Living Facility"
My family member stays at Walnut Place. It's only a few months. We're not too happy. They don't have enough staff, so he's not getting the care we expected. He's fallen a few times. The nurse aide I talk to isn't happy that others aren't watching him when she's away. Some nurse aides speak roughly to residents. I get it, dealing with patients in memory care isn't easy, but I wish Walnut Place hired nicer people. The Director of Nursing is friendly but overwhelmed by all the tasks monitoring 6 floors, so sometimes he forgets what he promised.

"Daily fresh menus matched to residents' needs, well done!"
The doctors, nurses, caregivers, and kitchen staff work hard here. They follow each patient's dietary needs. Every day, a new menu is made and matched to each resident. Great job!

"Assisted Living Facility Listened, But Lacked Medication Details"
I thought they didn't have enough staff. We talked to them about our worries, and they listened to what we had to say. I wish they had given us more details about my loved one's medicine and care.

"Not Ideal: Memory Care on Upper Floor"
The manager at Walnut Place was nice and friendly. However, the facility didn't meet our needs. We didn't like that their Memory Care unit was on an upper floor – we really wanted our loved one to have safe access outdoors whenever she needed fresh air.
