"Friendly Staff and Clean Facility, But Some Issues Noted"
There was some miscommunication that led to a fall. The place was clean and well-maintained. When water came in after a heavy storm, it was quickly checked out and fixed. The staff are very friendly to the residents. There was a delay in training because they hired a new RN who oversees it. One staff member was seen smiling at family but saying “not nice” things when she thought she wouldn’t be heard. The dining room and food have a nice variety. My dad thought the food was a bit bland and the portions were small. There are lots of activities, but my dad rarely joined in.

"Needs Improvement: Care and Choices Lacking"
I’m not sure if Wildflower Place still has the same managers or if they’ve changed things up. But when my family member lived there, they didn’t do the promised check-ins every two hours, and they didn’t look after her well enough. The activities weren’t really good enough either. The food wasn’t the best—it was more like second or third rate, and they didn’t give any other options. There were just too many issues to let my family member stay there.

"Assisted Living Review"
We didn't talk much. They tried, but communication broke down. The place is nice, clean, and small. But they need more staff. I wish I'd researched skilled nursing vs. assisted living.

"Lacked 2-Bedroom Option for Parents, Chose Another Community"
I went to see Wildflower Place because my folks needed a place with two bedrooms. Unfortunately, they didn't offer that, so we went with a different place.

"Don't Trust This Place for Your Loved Ones!"
This place gives terrible care. Don't bring your loved one here. They might say nice things when you're checking them out, but they won't actually take care of your family member like they said they would.

"Limited Care Options; Location Needs Unmet"
We had a nice tour at Wildflower Place. Everything seemed good. One issue is they only have assisted living, so if your loved one needs more care later, you'd have to find a different place. We wanted a place nearer to the VA.

"Great location, but food needs improvement"
We picked Wildflower Place because it was close by and had just been remodeled. The price was good too. It’s a smaller place, which is nice, with only about 40 residents when full. The room sizes are the same as other places we checked out. The food isn’t great because they don’t season it, and you can’t bring your own food to the dining hall. They serve boxed meals.

"Bright, Clean Assisted Living with Fun Activities"
The bedroom comes with a door for privacy. The living area has an open layout that feels spacious and welcoming. The walls are painted in cheerful, vivid colors that make the place feel lively. Both the hallways and rooms are kept in tip-top shape, showing that they're cleaned regularly. It all looks so fresh and new, you can tell they really care about keeping it that way. Right now, only half of the spaces are filled, so it's not too crowded. Plus, there's always something different to do here with all the activities they offer.

"Great Care and Activities for My Mother!!"
I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother since she moved into this community. The staff are great, and I feel good about the care they give her. She loves the meals and enjoys many of the activities available. It’s amazing to see her join exercise classes and be part of the social scene. I’ve noticed a big improvement in her since she moved in, and I’d recommend this place to anyone.

"Decent Community but Didn't Match Friend's Needs"
This place looks really nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The people who work here are all really nice and friendly. You could see they take good care of the place. But, when it came to finding a place for my friend, this one didn't have the right level of care she needed.

"Wildflower, The Perfect Choice"
After checking out different assisted living places, I picked Wildflower. It was bright, welcoming, and had a friendly vibe. The apartment we chose was comfy and a good size, unlike many others we saw that felt depressing. Wildflower also provides the special care my Dad needs. There are a lot of amenities that make it feel like living at a resort. Plus, it's affordable.

"Excellent care and thoughtful staff!"
My mom stayed here for 20 days while we were away on a long vacation. Everyone was really nice to both mom and us. She liked her time there and enjoyed some of the activities. The staff took great care of her. The administrator even bought a shower stool for her since we forgot hers from home. I highly recommend this place.

"Review of Wildflower Place - Temple, TX"
This place is clean and always has enough staff - GOOD! There are 1,000 residents here. The life enrichment coordinator has a job plan that lasts over a month. Corporate doesn’t allow flower pots on the patio because they kill the grass. They hired a mower and now there are over 28 new raised beds in the courtyard. They offer new transportation to the doctor, which is the hardest for some residents who never heal or understand. There is no counselor on staff.

"Great Place for Mom"
Wildflower Place is a great place. Everything has been going well since we moved my mom there. She really loves it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they made the move easy for us. They are very supportive of both my mom and me. The only thing my mom wishes they could improve a bit is the food. Overall, we are happy with our choice to move her there.

"Review of Changing Staff and Restricted Spaces at the Facility"
Just a handful of staff remain, which include three new directors, a registered nurse, and multiple cooks; not even sure how many helpers there are. It's hard for me to remember everyone's names with them coming and going. From my perspective as retired hospital staff, a lot look pretty decent. There was one incident where I faced a problem due to closet organizing. The items stacked too close, even less than 18 inches from the overhead sprinkler, covering the entire length of the shelf.

"New Management Troubles with Outdated, Smelly Facility"
This facility is run by a new team, so I hope it can transform into the vision they've promised. The main contact person was kind and professional, but they're dealing with a very old-fashioned building that's a bit smelly (they need to tear out the carpet and start fresh). I met a lot of the staff when I first arrived which is nice because they'll be taking care of my mom, but it was also a bit much. They definitely have the right idea; they just need some time to make the building better...
