Wildwood Terrace Assisted Living

"Affordable, quick availability; helpful staff but needs better medication updates"
We picked Wildwood Terrace because it was affordable and had space right away. The lady in charge is very helpful and communicates well with our family. My only issue is that they could let us know sooner when medications are running low. I've mentioned this, and they are working on it. I would suggest this place to others.

"A Wonderful Standard for Assisted Living Homes"
The caregivers were really friendly and helpful. The house was neat, and the area was peaceful. The current residents seemed happy. This group home has set a great example for other homes to follow.

"Open and welcoming, like a real home"
I really love this place because everyone is so friendly and warm. The community is smaller, which makes it feel like a real home. It never feels like just a place where old people are taken care of—it's open and welcoming, like walking into a family home. The staff is super friendly and really takes great care of the residents. It's wonderful to see them treat everyone with such respect, like they’re family. I’m very picky about my mother-in-law’s care, and this facility was a perfect fit for her. The owners are also nice and very accommodating, even when it comes to the price. The facility itself is nice with a big kitchen and dining room that doesn't feel like a cafeteria. Even though my mother-in-law didn’t stay long, it felt safe, and we all got good vibes from it. The community is always clean, and my relatives who visited gave great feedback. She was in a really good home. They also have a calendar full of daily activities and a TV in the main room. I would definitely recommend this community. When my time comes to move into a home, I wouldn’t mind being here.

"A True Blessing for Your Loved One's Care"
When I first visited Wildwood Terrace, I met Mrs. [removed], who was a real gem. She was kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly caring. She understood a lot about my husband’s condition. The place felt very cozy, and both the nurse and aide were really nice. Wildwood Terrace was a huge help for me and my husband during a tough time. Mrs. [removed] went above and beyond to help us, and I’m so grateful. Thank you, Mrs. [removed], for everything you’ve done. May God bless you always. ---

"A fabulous community for seniors!"
This is a fabulous place; I love this community! It has been a wonderful experience for us, and my aunt is doing great since moving here. The facility is very clean and looks spotless. The meals are wonderful, and it's nice to see my aunt eating well. She and her caregivers have bonded, and the caregivers are very kind and caring. As a former hospice nurse, I proudly recommend this community to anyone considering senior living. Very wonderful.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Facility Needs Better Space and Staffing"
I went to this place and it had too many beds in one room. There were five people there and only one person to take care of all of them. The room by the kitchen had six beds and it felt really crowded. I don't see how anyone could move around with a walker or a wheelchair. The place was clean and the caregiver was nice, but overall, I didn't like it.

"Crowded Rooms, Limited Caregiver: Clean but Disappointing"
I felt that the bedrooms were super crowded, each with several beds. When we visited, there was just one caregiver for five people. One room we saw, right off the kitchen, was exceedingly jam-packed with six beds, making it difficult to navigate especially for someone who uses a walker or wheelchair. Though the place was neat and the caregiver seemed nice, overall, I wasn't a fan.
