"Poor Treatment and Disrespectful Management at the Facility"

Stay away from this place! This spot is nothing short of a nightmare, run by people I won't name who are so out of touch with how to run a kind environment, you can't feel safe or respected. You're constantly on edge, afraid to speak your mind. The manager is constantly on the offensive, shouting and losing his temper over the smallest matters. He's not just an ineffective manager, but a demeaning one, always making others feel small. It seems like they thrive on treating you as if you're incapable. Plus, they're always on the warpath. If a disturbing, unfriendly environment is your idea of a good place to live, then you'll be right at home here. The top two managers are not to be trusted-- they seem to get a kick out of being harsh to others. Their words could ruin your day. So be warned!

"Negligent Care and Miscommunication at Assisted Living Facility"

I'm only giving one star because they didn't take proper care of my mom, and that's the most important thing. I took my mom there so we could take a trip to see my son. There were two major problems: First, they didn't help her shower. She had to do that on her own every day, even though she needed help. Second, they never charged her portable oxygen concentrator. She needs it when she goes out of her room during the day. It should be charged every night. I showed them the device and how to charge it, and explained that my mom can turn it on and off, but can't handle the charging. They never charged it, so she didn't have oxygen during the day. You'd think they'd notice the red lights showing the battery was dead. After I took her home, I called to ask about this. They admitted they should've helped her shower and said there was a confusion about the oxygen device. How can something so important be confusing? My mom was supposed to go back in a week so I could go on a graduation trip with my daughter. They said they'd do better this time and asked for another chance. But I cancelled her stay and missed my trip because I couldn't trust them.

"Caring Staff and Positive Experience"

We had a good time when Mom stayed here for the weekend. The staff genuinely cared about her well-being.

"Impressive Assisted Living Facility Offers Diverse Amenities, Some Layout Confusion"

Great facility! I'm impressed with the care, activities, and atmosphere. Residents are happy. They offer massages, a hair salon, field trips, church services, and a dining area. One drawback is the lack of a common visiting area for residents. The layout is a bit confusing; it would be better if everything was on one floor.

"Lack of Communication"

It’s okay, but they don’t keep us informed about what’s happening.

"Laundry machines broken; needs fixing."

I was worried because some of the machines in the laundry room weren't working.

"Great care, but please keep Depends in stock and bill us"

They're doing a great job overall. The only issue is that they call us when they run out of Depends. It would be better if they just kept them in stock and billed us directly.
