"Supportive Staff, Room for Improvement"
The staff has been great and really supportive of my mom, even though she can be challenging. Sometimes we need to remind them about things they might have overlooked. My only wish is that they’d encourage her to join activities more often.

Cache Valley is a pleasant place. The community is excellent, and the people are kind and welcoming. It's a worthwhile choice, especially for the price. They faced challenges with staffing due to Covid, but the existing staff were exceptionally pleasant. They also offered enjoyable activities.

"Understaffed Home-Like Facility with High Resident Turnover"
This place feels like home and most of the staff are really nice. But, there's a big problem - there aren't enough of them. Imagine waiting for 1 to 2 hours for help after pressing the call button. It's worse during meal times. Some folks who need help getting back to their rooms can wait for up to 1.5 hours! More and more people are moving in, but there aren't more helpers. A lot of the folks here need a lot of help, like those using walkers or wheelchairs. Also, a lot of helpers leave this place. It doesn't help that this place pays the least in the whole valley. It seems like the owners care more about money than the people living here. When they're really short on helpers, like when someone doesn't come to work, a lot of people fall down.

"Friendly staff and clean place, good food portions"
My friend is doing well since moving into Cashe Valley Assisted Living. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I have visited during meal times, and the food portions are good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

"Potential Choice Hindered by Lack of Availability"
I visited this assisted living community and found it very nice. The staff did a good job showing us around and answering all our questions. I was really impressed with the community. Unfortunately, they didn't have any openings for my loved one, otherwise, this would have been our top pick.
