"Great care, clean facility, and good food at Chancellor Gardens"
My loved one is in memory care. They do a good job with the activities and involving the residents. They also keep the place clean. The food is really good too. I would recommend Chancellor Gardens to others.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Friendly Staff, Needs Improvement in Care and Food"
The staff is friendly but sometimes understaffed, affecting care quality. Food dissatisfaction noted among residents. Activities abundant but lack sufficient leaders. Good value overall.

"Room for Improvement"
My mom lives in this community, and the assisted living side requires more independence than she has. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate their efforts. However, it might be too big for my mom. They keep it clean, and the food is good. They encourage her to participate in activities and respond promptly to my requests. I’d recommend them to friends.

"Caring Staff Helping Mom with Medical Challenges"
Ever since my mom moved into this assisted living facility, she's been facing some health problems. The staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout everything. They are truly doing their best to assist her. Despite my mom's reluctance, they manage to keep her room clean. She used to eat well, but her health issues have affected her appetite. While the community offers various activities, unfortunately, my mom isn't able to participate in any of them.

"Clean, big exercise room, but food could be better!"
My mother-in-law is still getting used to living here. She doesn't like the food and thinks the portions are too small. I’ve eaten there a few times and don’t think the food is that bad. The place is very clean. They have a big exercise room that she enjoys using. I’m happy we found this community because it’s exactly what I hoped for from our first visit.

"Mixed Bag at Chancellor Gardens: Community, Staff, but Understaffed Woes"
My mom's been at Chancellor Gardens for 2 ½ years. She loves the community there, and the staff treats her wonderfully. They organize lots of activities, like card games and church services, and even trips to Walmart and local restaurants. They also have bake sales and charity lunches. Mom's made great friends, but turnover among CNAs is high. The food can be hit or miss, and maintenance requests sometimes get ignored. They're often understaffed, especially on weekends, which can lead to long waits for help. Mom's had to wait too long for assistance before, and sometimes the new CNAs aren't properly trained. I wish they'd have meetings with families to discuss concerns and improvements.

"Grandma Finds Food Subpar, Facility Clean"
My grandma lives at this place and it's been alright. Sometimes, I think they don't have enough staff. Grandma doesn't like the food, says it's plain and not tasty. But the place is clean usually. If your family member needs help, this place is a decent option.

"Decent Facility, Needs More Staff and Better Activities"
This place is really nice-looking. There's just a couple of problems though. I don't think they're paying enough attention to my family member. The fun activities they have aren't really as cool as I thought they'd be. That said, the staff is trying their best. There just needs to be more of them to make things better. All in all, this place is good. Up to now, it's been average.

"Improved communication needed, but convenient and available"
I feel that the assisted living facilities could handle their instructions during introduction a bit better, to avoid misunderstandings. Though there were some communication hiccups, they had space when we desperately needed it and it was near our house, so we picked them mainly for that.

"Excellent Memory Care with Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
We're really impressed with the memory care here! It's a big, well-run unit with lots of activities for everyone, no matter their level of care. The staff are super friendly and made transferring her easy, plus they had plenty of resources to help us out. The only thing I've noticed is that the carpet in the common areas and hallways could be cleaned a bit better. I’d also like more feedback on any concerns. Sally and Britney are fantastic!

"Seriously Underwhelmed - Not What I Was Expecting"
They don't even pay attention to them. They're supposed to assist my dad with getting dressed into his pajamas. He slipped while trying to use the restroom and ended up spending the night on the bathroom floor, still in his clothes. Sure, the place is clean and looks good, but I just don't feel that the staff there is professional or cares about the residents. There're a lot of young employees who seem to just chat at the front desk. I don't have a benchmark, but this place surely doesn't live up to the expectations I had. I'm definitely not impressed with the staff. They don't help him maintain his hygiene or presentability. They don't really do much of anything.

"Assisted Living Needs More Staff and Lower Prices"
The place was okay, but they need more staff to help the elderly. There should be more people to check on them because some are getting confused and going into the wrong rooms. If they had more staff, they could prevent this and help if someone falls out of bed. It's a bit expensive, they could lower the price by about $[removed]. Also, they charged us for leaving my dad's stuff there after his funeral, which wasn't great.

"Good Care Community"
The Chancellor Gardens is near our home, which makes it convenient for our family. The memory care unit is quite spacious and well-organized. It would be nice if they could take residents outside for fresh air occasionally. Overall, we're pleased, and our loved one is content here.
