"Best Assisted Living Facility We Visited So Far!"
We are currently exploring different facilities, and this one stood out as the best. It's a lovely place with great amenities, and the price seems fair for everything offered. This one is at the top of my mother-in-law's list!

"Great Home for Mom"
The Charleston has been a wonderful home for my mom. When my dad passed away just a week after they moved in, the caring staff was already there for her. One night, after her shift, a senior CNA knocked on our door at 10 p.m. to check on Mom and offer a comforting hug. It wasn't part of her job it was just who she was. The kindness and care extended here are remarkable. The food is good, the people are kind, and knowing Mom is safe lets our family rest easy.

"New Beginnings in Our Community"
We sold our house and now we're enjoying all the activities here. The community is great, and we've made friends. The staff is kind and helpful, and the food is good. Housekeeping is doing well, and my wife loved the beautician.

"Wonderful care and activities for mom!"
I’m really glad my mom is happy in this nice community. The staff are very kind, and my mom feels comfortable and welcomed. The meals are tasty, and she says they’re fancy. They offer a lot of great activities, and I know she’ll join in soon. She enjoys being social and feels good here. I’ve told others about this community for its great care and value. "Four Wonderful Years at The Charleston"
My mother lived at the Charleston for four years and really loved it. She made a lot of close friends and especially liked the church services they had there. The dining room staff were always kind, friendly, and patient. Tracy was great at helping with transportation and other special needs for my mom. [Removed] also made sure her needs were taken care of. There were always fun activities to enjoy. I often ate in the dining room and appreciated the good company and the kindness of the servers to visitors. Many times, community visitors came to play music and decorate the residents' doors for fun. I would definitely recommend this assisted living center to anyone who needs extra help for their loved ones. The staff even arranged for her closest friends to come to her funeral. They are truly amazing!

"Our Walk Around the Community"
The place looks brand new, and it's really big with lots of residents. It feels like a younger assisted living facility. They don’t have memory care and only offer limited assistance—no one was in a wheelchair. They have programs, activities, and amenities, plus pets are allowed! It seemed like a really nice place, but it was too far for us to drive. It's definitely the nicest, most modern, but also the most expensive community we've seen.

"Great place for Grandpa, 101, with caring staff and activities"
We looked everywhere for a good place for Grandpa, who just turned 101 in early March. Even though he’s still active and independent, he needs more care. The Charleston is clean, has spacious rooms, and offers lots of activities. The food is really good too. The staff was very friendly and helped him get settled. We liked that they work with home health and hospice services, which saved us some money. Although the first two weeks were a bit tough for him as he adjusted, the staff took care of any problems and showed they genuinely cared about his comfort. We’re glad he’s happy and feels at home!

"Exceptional Care at The Charleston"
My mom had severe dementia. After my dad passed, her symptoms got worse, so we decided she needed full-time professional care. I was scared to put my sweet mom in any assisted living, but I thought she’d have a better life with family nearby and professionals around the clock. After a lot of debate and a tough decision, we chose The Charleston. It was 25 miles from my home, but we felt good about it. Earlier this month, my dear mom passed away. Saying the staff at The Charleston was exceptional is an understatement. They became like family. They cared for her like she was a dear relative and friend. She wasn’t just cared for; she was loved. They went beyond their roles many times to make sure not only my mom but our whole family was cared for. I would recommend The Charleston without hesitation during what can be a painful and confusing time. Much gratitude to my Charleston family.

"Best assisted living facility in Utah"
It was a tough choice to move my grandparents from Kentucky, but after checking out different assisted living places, we knew The Charleston was the best fit for them. The facility is great, and the staff is fantastic. They always help our family and truly care about my grandparents' well-being. I’m really happy we picked this place, and our experience has been wonderful from the start. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for support for aging loved ones. They really are the best in Utah.

"A Wonderful and Fancy Place for Loved Ones"
Charleston is a really nice and fancy place. They had a room ready for my mom and dad, and we got them moved in right away. My mom even joked, "This place is just too fancy for me," which made me laugh and shows how nice it is. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Charleston!

"Assisted living: Clean, friendly staff, one minor hiccup. Overall excellent!"
This place has been awesome! I'd almost give it a perfect score. Just one little problem happened, but aside from that, it's really clean and the people who work here are nice! It's a really good place!
