"Friendly Staff and Tasty Meals"
When our family member moved into the community, there was a big welcome sign. The staff introduced themselves to our loved one and other residents, which we appreciated. Everyone there is friendly, and the staff seems genuinely excited to have them. Our family member enjoys the tasty meals and socializing, thanks to the activities schedule.

"Clean, friendly community with too much care for some residents."
This community was really nice and clean. The staff and residents seemed happy and friendly. The residents we met liked living here, but it offered more care than my dad needed.

"Decent Facility, Service Could Improve"
I recently checked out this place while looking for a good spot for my dad. It’s in a nice spot, but the building could really use some updates. When I got there, I had a quick chat with the lady at the front desk (sorry, her name slips my mind). She seemed either pretty new or maybe just busy with other stuff than talking to me. She got another lady who was passing by (she had a tattoo and short hair, but I can’t remember her name either) to see if she could answer my questions. This lady offered to show me and my dad around, but we passed and just asked about the prices. They were fair, not too high compared to other places in town. But I gotta say, getting info from some of the staff was tough, and they didn’t seem too professional, especially the salesperson. On the flip side, the folks living there and the staff seemed to get along great, so maybe I just came on a bad day. Plus, I thought it was cool that they serve meals like a restaurant. This place might be worth a look, but based on what I saw and what we need, I decided to keep looking elsewhere.
