"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
The staff were nice, but they seemed busy. Care was good, but they missed some check-ins. There was no activities director, which affected things. Communication could be better. It's worth the money, though. Overall, I'd recommend it.

"Highland Glen Keeps Residents Safe and Connected"
We’ve been really happy with how the staff at Highland Glen have kept the residents safe from COVID-19 while still letting them stay in touch with family. Lately, we’ve enjoyed our visits in the garden with masks and proper distancing. We also like the plans for winter visits with plexiglass dividers in the great room. With no positive COVID-19 tests in the community, our dad is back to enjoying his regular activities, following all the right protocols.

"Wonderful staff and activities keep residents safe and happy!"
Highland Glen is amazing! Every staff member I've met is friendly and truly cares about the residents. They've been working hard during the pandemic to keep everyone safe. They plan activities and always find new and safe ways to keep the residents active. Every time I visit, the sweet front desk staff greet me warmly. If you’re looking for a place for a loved one, check them out!

"Fantastic Assisted Living: Perfect for Mom, Caring Staff & Community"
This community has been the best for my mom. The size is just right for her, and her room's location is convenient for meals and activities. She's enjoying being social with other residents. The staff is wonderful, so nice, caring, and empathetic. The food is okay, with some days better than others. The memory care wing is very nice, and the staff there seem professional. I would recommend this community.

"I Would Live Here"
Hi! We moved our mom into Highland Glen in June 20147. I stayed several days to make sure Mom was settled and comfortable. She will soon be 94. We're very pleased with the facility. It's handsomely decorated, with lovely paintings. The staff is attentive, caring, and seems to love their work. The inviting grounds and cozy dining room make it feel like home. The imaginative and varied food is perfect for diminished palates.

"Warm and Welcoming Home"
This place made my dad's move from his home so smooth. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. He felt like part of the family right away. The facility looks amazing and feels brand new. It's well-kept and very inviting for families. There are always fun activities for those who want to join, and it's peaceful for those who don't. I always have a great time when I visit and feel at ease knowing my dad is in a good place.

"Feels Like Home"
Highland Glen in Highland, UT is a great place with a beautiful view of the mountains. The food is awesome, and the chef and kitchen crew know each resident by name and what they like. All the staff treat the residents like family. There are always fun activities like movies, games, outside entertainers, church, or service projects. I highly recommend Highland Glen for your loved ones.

"Safe, caring place for loved ones"
My mom has lived at Highland Glen since it opened, and she’s always been well cared for. She really loves the staff. Even though her health is declining now, she was very active in the past and made great friends there. Our family really appreciates the kind staff, especially the Activities Director, the Director, the Nurse, MedTech, and the receptionists. The building is top-notch, and the apartments are really comfortable. I highly recommend Highland Glen to anyone looking for a safe, caring place for their loved one.

"We Recommend Highland Glen."
Our mom joined Highland Glen's memory care unit in February 2016 due to Alzheimer's. Although it was tough to move her from home, it turned out to be a good decision. The staff was kind and patient, and Mom enjoyed singing time, van rides, and other activities. Highland Glen kept us informed about Mom's well-being, adjusting her care as needed. They provided excellent service to our family and Mom.

"Three Sisters’ Journey with Highland Glen"
My sisters and I moved our dad to the Memory Care side of Highland Glen. He was first in the assisted living side but started having trouble with falls and his Alzheimer’s was getting worse. The management suggested moving him to Memory Care for better attention and care. We were hesitant, but after seeing the Memory Care unit, we felt confident. The unit is big, clean, beautifully decorated, and smells nice, which can be rare in elderly care homes. Our mom passed away from Alzheimer’s three years ago, so we know how important this is. It took a few days for our dad to adjust, but once he did, he loved it, and so did we. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly, making it feel like one big, happy family. Our dad lived there until he passed away. We miss the staff and residents and hope to visit or volunteer there in the future.
