"Lack of Personal Touch at Lake Ridge Senior Living"
I visited Lake Ridge Senior Living. In the Memory Care building, there was a fireplace just sitting there, not being used. It felt like there wasn't much warmth or personal attention. The person showing us around was friendly though.

"Limited Options in Small Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility is small and has two-hour checks on residents. They provide snacks, but there's only one meal choice, and the rooms are very small.

"Excellent Care and Support for Mom, Highly Recommend"
This was a wonderful place for my mom. The staff was really caring and paid a lot of attention to her. It felt great knowing she was well taken care of. The food was excellent and the activities were always enjoyable. When Mom’s health got worse and she had to move to building B, they made the move easy and kept us updated on any changes. Thank you to everyone there.

"Poor Service and Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
When I showed up for my tour, there wasn't anybody at the front desk. I spent about 10 to 15 minutes talking to a resident. After a while, a man came running down the stairs and left. According to the resident, he was the person in charge. He didn't say hi or anything! Shortly after, another person came downstairs. When I asked her if she worked there, she said she was the owner or the boss – turns out, she's the wife of the man who rushed out. I told her I was there for my tour and asked about the missing receptionist. She replied they didn't even have one! That's clearly risky – anyone could stroll in and do whatever. After telling her my name, she asked me if we'd met because she found my name familiar. I reminded her that we had a tour planned this morning. But, she was sure she knew my name from somewhere else. She showed me around and gave me some information. I wasn’t impressed – their bathroom was damp and the floor covered in mold. Later that day, she called. She remembered then where she heard my name – from our tour appointment! If you have a relative in this place, you might want to personally check on them. My mom certainly won’t be living there.

"Unsatisfactory Facility with Unskilled Staff and Deceitful Management."
This is, hands down, the worst place for loved ones. The nurse is rarely on-call and the nursing assistants are novices. The menu lacks nutrition and the meals served to memory care patients are consistently cold. The management has a deceiving disposition; they appear kind at first, but once a patient has moved in, they show a different side and fail to address issues. Simply put, it’s not a good home for your loved ones.

"“Spacious Assisted Living with Friendly Atmosphere”"
My dad is doing great here, and he likes it. The property has a big outdoor area to walk around. He enjoys meeting other friendly residents and participating in activities. Even though he won’t remember everything, he seems to have a good time. Overall, it’s the most spacious place. I’d recommend it.

"Assisted Living Facility Tour Review"
I don't know what they could do better. I was just there for a look around. The owners really want more customers and seem ready to try anything.

"Kind and accommodating staff made a tough time easier"
We were really happy with how kind everyone was to us. They were great about helping us out on such short notice. After we toured the facility during the day, we moved our loved one in that night. The staff even came in after hours to help us. Even though we were only there for 6 days, it felt like the right place for us. My father passed away, so we didn’t get to know the staff well, but what we did see was really positive.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement in Convenience"
I wasn't too impressed. The part where people live on their own was full. It's in another building, so folks have to walk across the street for meals.
