"Facility Renovated, Tour Lacking Staff Personality Key to Care Quality"
They recently renovated the place, so the rooms were more modern, which we liked. But the person who showed us around wasn't as friendly as at the place we picked. The staff's personalities and how that affects the quality of care were what mattered most to us.

"Unremarkable Yet Decent Assisted Living Facility"
I liked this community and didn't notice any major issues, but there wasn't anything particularly special about it either. We ultimately chose another community because it didn't give me the same positive vibe.

"Family-Oriented Assisted Living with Great Food and Friendly Staff"
We chose Legacy House because of the marketing manager, who we really liked and has been here a long time. It's a very family-oriented place. The meals here are chef-prepared and great. Mom's 1-bedroom with a living room and kitchenette is a good size for her needs. I would recommend it to others looking.

"The assisted living facility provides good care and activities."
My mom's doing well here. She enjoys her room, but the TV upgrade process is tricky. The food is good, but an alternative breakfast option would be nice. Activities are offered, and the staff is considerate.
