"Legacy House of Logan: A Great Place for My Parents"
They were super helpful in getting my parents settled. When one of them left the hospital, we needed things to happen fast. , the nurse, visited both the hospital and my parents' home for evaluations. They were really nice throughout the process. The director found a better room for us when the first one didn't work out. They made sure my parents got all the services they needed. Even their two cats are taken care of by the staff. The friendly folks who give medications always check if my parents need anything. I appreciate their kindness. Legacy House of Logan is just right for my parents.

"Mother treated poorly at Legacy House of Logan, filing complaints"
I'm my mom's legal representative. Her kids, who she was not close with, put her in this place in 2018 after taking her from her Maryland caregivers. After my mom called me upset and confused, I asked the nearby police to check on her. The cops couldn't talk to my mom because a worker stopped them. A worker talked the cops out of talking with my mom during a legit welfare check. I got the records from the place for the will case. My mom didn't get her regular pills because of a machine messing up, she was found using a moldy cup, she fell a lot and even broke her leg, she was found stuck between her bed and side table, and staff saw her have a 'seizure'. I am formally complaining about the Legacy House of Logan because of the real records I have. Signed, [Name removed] Goddaughter and daughter who loves her.

"Assisted Living Facility: Mixed Experience for Residents and Family"
I think there's stuff they shouldn't do for what we pay. Mom takes care of dad mostly. The food needs big improvement, they spend lots on groceries. Staff is friendly, tries hard. Activities are good.

"Neglected mom's illness leads to death at Legacy House."
Legacy House of Logan wouldn't listen to me when I told them to call the doctor for my 79-year-old mom. She lived in the part of the place for looking after people who've lost their memory. She couldn't breathe and didn't make sense on certain days. They didn't want to call the doctor just because they said I wasn't on "the list," and they stopped taking my calls. My mom died on a certain day. On other days she was seriously sick. I told someone from Utah, who checks on things like that, to come and see how she was doing. But, he didn't do what he was supposed to do or check on my mom. Their nurse said she was giving my mom fluids and keeping an eye on her. But, now my mom has died because of pneumonia.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Specialized Care Services"
Legacy House wasn't right for our loved one. After a few months, we switched to another place. If your loved one can manage on their own, Legacy might be okay. But if they need extra help like memory care, bathroom assistance, special diets, or help with dressing, it's not a good choice. They promise extra care but rarely deliver. It's clean and safe, but that's all. When we found a true memory care facility, it was a huge improvement. Just be sure to know your loved one's needs and keep an eye on things.

"Unsettling pricing but clean surroundings"
When I was trying to find a good place for my family member, this facility gave me a bad feeling. The way they arranged prices for certain things didn't sit well with me. It felt like they would charge extra for little things instead of just having one total fee. This really put me off. But, the site itself was big and neat. It just wasn't the best match for my family member.

"Warm and Caring Assisted Living at Legacy House of Logan"
My parents feel comfortable at Legacy House of Logan. The friendly staff takes good care of them, and the inviting atmosphere makes it a pleasant place. Although my mom prefers staying indoors, the outdoor area is secure for fresh air. We recommend this community.

"Comfortable and caring assisted living for aging loved ones"
My folks are doing well at Legacy House of Logan. The place feels cozy and welcoming. The workers are nice, always looking out for my parents. Even though I'm far away, my sister and her husband have dined there with them and say the food's tasty. Lots of fun stuff to do, though my mom prefers staying in. They've got a safe outdoor spot for some fresh air. We'd tell others to check it out.

"$$f(x) = \frac{1}{x^2 + x}$$"
Certainly! Here's a revised version of the review in an 8th-grade level American English, along with a concise headline: --- **Review: Legacy House Assisted Living** My mom stayed at Legacy House for four years, and there were many positive aspects of her time there. The facility is always clean and beautifully maintained. The staff members are friendly and polite, and the activities are enjoyable. However, as my mom's needs increased, I became increasingly unhappy. The biggest concern was her nutrition. The staff didn't adequately address this critical aspect of elderly care. Mom often skipped meals, eating only once a day. After several visits, I noticed her declining health. I discussed the issue with the staff, and they recommended Ensure meal replacements. Once we started using them, Mom improved. Eventually, her care needs exceeded what the assisted living facility could provide, so I moved her in with me to avoid a nursing home. Since then, I've realized how poor her nutrition was at Legacy House. She still refuses meals, but I ensure she drinks meal replacements and maintains a better diet. I'm disappointed that Legacy House didn't take proactive steps to address this issue. Shame on them for neglecting such an important aspect of care. --- **Headline: "Legacy House Nutrition Concerns"**

"Legacy House Overlooked Crucial Nutrition Issues."
My mom was living at Legacy House for four years and overall, it wasn't bad. Their place is clean and neat, and the people there are nice and respectful. They have great activities for everyone. But as my mom's needs grew, I started having problems. The biggest issue was her food—something very crucial for older folks. She declined meals till the point she was eating just once a day. It took a few visits of seeing her in bad shape, with unhealthy skin color and shaky hands before I spoke to the staff. They suggested Ensure meal replacers, which I would've been happy to get if I'd known they were necessary. Right away, my mom strengthened after getting Ensure. Eventually, it became too tough for the assisted living facility to care for her, so I moved her in with me to prevent a nursing home situation. Living with me, I saw firsthand how poorly she ate at Legacy House. She remains stubborn about eating, like she was at Legacy House, but I now make sure she gets meal replacers and a better overall diet. I was very let down that no one at Legacy House managed her diet better and talked to us about it, so together we could tackle it. We had no idea how much she was refusing meals, and eating just once a day is likely not healthy for an older woman. I received no calls or notifications about it. They should've acted on this matter. Since moving in with me, my mom's health is better. Legacy House shouldn't have let this slide at all.

"Mom's New Home is Friendly and Clean"
My mom is still getting used to living here, but I think it's a good place for her. It's really clean and well-kept. The staff is awesome and super friendly to her; they even know her name when they see her. The food is good and they offer a lot of different choices. I feel like they're taking really good care of my mom and I would recommend this place.
