"Legacy House is highly recommended."
I've told lots of folks about Legacy House. When our big home doesn't work anymore, my wife and I will move there. That's the best recommendation I can give.

"Issues with Certain Staff at Legacy Assisted Living Facility"
The caregivers at Legacy usually do a good job, but some from [vendor removed] aren't qualified or dedicated. Three times, I've waited an hour for help. Five times, they forgot to close my leg or hight bag. Also, the floor dust ruffle and sheets were wet sometimes.

"Patient Pickup Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
When we went to pick up my relative after calling ahead, she wasn't ready. For instance, she had slippers on instead of shoes, forgot her hearing aids, and wasn't wearing a coat. This happens often, and it delays us picking her up.
