"Caring Assisted Living with Some Room for Improvement"

My family member lives at Legacy House of Taylorsville. The staff is friendly and always ready to chat with us. Our loved one is 65, while most residents are around 74. We wish they had more in common. Although they clean the apartment weekly, it still gets a little dirty. The staff genuinely cares about our family member. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood, and the medical team is knowledgeable.

"Close to Family, Worth Considering"

It's alright. You need to remind the weekend staff. We chose this place because it's near family. I'd suggest it to others.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"

Most of the staff is nice, but some need a better attitude. It'd be perfect if everyone worked as well as management. The food is too salty, and when I asked for help with my oxygen at 12:30 am, no one came. Luckily, I knew what to do. The graveyard shift could use improvement. , , and really care about residents.

"Cozy and Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"

My brother picked this place because he felt it suited us best among the others he checked out. It seemed smaller and cozy, with around 13 residents, which made it feel like home. The staff were friendly, tidy, and the place looked well-maintained. Mom enjoys the food here.

"Mixed Experience Touring Senior Living Community"

I visited this place but was upset that the guide who was meant to show me around wasn't present. When she finally showed up, she didn't seem friendly and I didn't appreciate her forgetting that I was scheduled for a tour. However, the rooms were pleasant and tidy. We didn't get a chance to view what meals they serve. I'd suggest other families check this spot out for taking care of their loved ones.

"Facility staff was unaware of our visit, creating discomfort"

My mom was content in this place. However, there were some issues. The workers didn't even realize we were visiting - they thought we belonged there as residents. It was a struggle to track down someone to help us or to ask for information about the place. It was really awkward having to go into rooms that had people in them already. We just wanted to look at an empty room. It felt uncomfortable walking into a room with someone in it unknowingly. It's possible that families might want to schedule a tour to judge the care provided here.

"Friendly Staff, But Needs Improvement"

This place has big windows that make it seem friendly. The people who work here are kind and they listen when I have things to say. The problem is the building isn't always full of workers because people keep leaving. When my dad needs help and presses the button, it can take a long time - even more than half an hour - for someone to come. I also don't think they check on him as much as they need to. The food here isn't as good as it used to be and sometimes it's even served cold.

"Amazing Staff!"

My mom is doing great at Legacy House of Taylorsville. The workers even get her ice cream late at night. The place is super clean, and her room always smells nice. They have lots of fun things to do, and my mom joins in every time I visit.
