My family member stayed here briefly. The place was clean and pleasant, but the food didn't meet her expectations. Overall, it wasn't the right fit for her, although I believe the staff did a decent job.

"Maple Springs Assisted Living: Grandma's Comfortable Home"
My grandma, who's 97, loves Maple Springs. Sometimes she wishes they served more food since she loves eating a lot. Once, when we were there with her, the server seemed a bit impatient at payment time. But overall, we're happy. Maple Springs is clean, with friendly staff.

The food is okay, with occasional disappointments given the cost. Housekeeping and activities are good, offering a variety like bingo and exercises every couple of hours. Overall, it’s a great place, but the food quality needs improvement.

"Food Needs Improvement, Activities Are Great"
The meals are okay. Sometimes they are good, but for the money, I expected better food. The housekeeping is good and the activities are fun. They have all kinds of activities. There’s something going on every couple of hours like bingo, exercises, auctions, or other things. I think it’s a great place overall. The only thing I don't like - and I’ve talked to them about this - is the quality of the food. I talked to the manager, and they said they’re cooking for 75 people, so you can’t please everyone. I said, have you ever been on a cruise? I’ve never seen anyone unhappy with the food on a cruise and they’re cooking for 2,000 people, so that’s not an excuse. I’ve eaten with my mom there and sometimes it’s like a TV dinner and sometimes it’s a pretty good meal. For that price, I would expect a good meal every time I sit down.
