"Helpful community but needs clearer payment instructions; overall pleasant experience."

We chose this place because it felt nice and everyone seemed friendly. The staff and other residents are really nice, which is great. However, there were a few surprises we weren't ready for, like not being told how to pay. They explained clearly how much to pay and what's included, but we weren't sure about the different ways to actually make the payments.
