"Great care and home-like atmosphere at Avalon House"
Avalon House offers great care and a homelike environment. We had a hard time finding the right place for my mom, but Avalon House proved to be the perfect choice after a few weeks. The staff genuinely cares about everyone and works closely with families to meet their needs and expectations. My mom has made friends with both the staff and other residents. The food is homemade and always smells great. The house is always clean. They are flexible with visit times and welcome us anytime. I feel confident that my mom is in good hands. I am very grateful for the attentive and loving care she receives.

"Grateful for Avalon's Comfortable, Caring Environment"
We really liked our experience overall. Our family member would have felt lost in a bigger place, so we appreciated the home environment with live-in staff in a lovely neighborhood. Hearing the dryer in the background while watching TV felt comforting. The house and her room were always clean, and she dressed nicely. The staff knew her well, welcomed family members, and promptly addressed any concerns. While the live-in caregivers worked hard, we thought they should have more time off. The management company was responsive. Looking back, we're thankful A Place for Mom recommended Avalon.

"Friendly staff and good food make it a great choice"
I would suggest this place to others for their family members. My loved one is happy here. The staff are friendly to us when we visit. The food is good and has a healthy variety.

"Horrific Conditions, Neglect Lead to Premature Death at Care Center"
Healthcare Center Grimy with Complete Lack of Care or Compassion" This place was beyond dirty. My dad died there just last month. Even though we called for hospice support, they never showed up. My dad was left to go without food or water in this place. The walls had blood on them, the sheets and floors were filthy. Unless we specifically asked, there was zero care given. They left him in the same position for so long an eye sunk into his face by the time me and my brothers and sisters got there. We kept asking for them to give him some water or something, but they never did. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. My dad's wife picked this place, but she didn't do anything to help him either. You'd think the staff at the center would step in, but they let my dad die too soon.

"Perfect Location, Lovely Place, Friendly Staff, Affordable "
This place is awesome! It's in a really good spot, the rooms are super nice, and the people who work here are really friendly. Plus, the price is good too. I don't even need to look at any other places!

"This Place Resembles Mom's Current Home"
Mom's current residence feels much like Angel Gardens. The setup here is quite similar.
