"Frustrating Restrictions and Poor Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
I can't even go inside to see my loved one now, even though other places have fewer Covid rules. They make me stay outside in the cold and talk through glass. When I ask questions or express concerns, they get really defensive, like they're trying to scare me. I feel so trapped, and I'm really worried about why I can't check on my loved one's care.

I checked out one other place, but Avalon House seems like a really good deal. They tell you exactly how much you'll pay each month, with no extra fees like the other places we saw. I’d suggest this place to anyone who’s looking.
