"Clean, Affordable Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

Cardinal Senior Living is super clean, but we think they need more staff. Since COVID, we haven't really been able to visit. Compared to other places, it's reasonably priced. They try to keep residents apart and encourage social distancing. Sometimes they let residents play corn hole. The first room was tiny, but the current one is okay.

"Budget-friendly, but lacking in safety and staff adequacy."

We picked this place because it was affordable. But, the bathrooms were far away and sometimes broken. This was tough, especially for people in wheelchairs. The handrails in the bathrooms weren't safe. There was a leak, and mold grew on some doors. They don't take Medicaid. They didn't have enough staff often, so some had to work double shifts. The food was okay, and the kitchen boss was nice to the residents. I wouldn't suggest this place.

"Great Care and Value!"

When my mom moved to a larger room, it took them too long to transfer some of her services. She enjoys being there, but minor issues sometimes become bigger problems—maybe due to Covid-19. The staff takes good care of her. They offer activities like off-site trips and corn hole, although they seem a bit short-staffed. Overall, it's a great value for the care provided.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

It's been okay. Some community bathrooms had issues, and a leak wasn't handled well. The kitchen manager is excellent, though—caring and attentive. Quarterly care team meetings provided insight into resident care.

"Great Assisted Living Experience"

It was great! My son came along and thought he could even move in. The friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, especially our meeting with [name removed]. This morning, [date removed], I took my husband to tour the facility. He said, 'It would do for two weeks.' After [Name removed]'s assessment, we decided assisted living was the best fit, not memory care. A single room with a bath seemed ideal. Tomorrow, I'll return to complete paperwork and make the deposit. And the best part? It's just five minutes from our house!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

This place is clean and nice, but it doesn't feel as comfy as some others I've seen. They have good programs for Memory Care, but it kinda looks like a nursing home, which isn't my favorite.
