"Poor Communication and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
Avoid this place. They give residents cold food, as reported. They don't talk to Healthcare POA about health issues or treatments, and they're involved in a pharmacy scam with Partners Pharmacy.

"Issues with Memory Care and Food Quality at Assisted Living"
I think they're saying that my family member isn't getting the right help because the place isn't set up for memory care. They're supposed to help people who need it more than my family member does, but they still expect everyone to do a lot on their own. I noticed recently that some of the food they serve is still cold, which is a problem. Overall, we haven't been too happy with how things have been going.
