"Poor Staffing and Supplies, Long Waits, Bad Food at Facility"
My mom often has to wait a long time for care. There aren't enough staff members. A lot of them quit since my mom got here. The place is always running out of important things. The food choices are bad and the food doesn't taste good.

"Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
We’re really fond of the staff; they’re all super nice. However, we feel that at times they might not be as attentive as needed, but these are things that can be fixed without much trouble.

"Caring Community with Good Activities Despite Staffing Challenges"
They really care here. The activities for memory care are good. They don't have enough staff, but that's true everywhere. People in memory care need a lot, so sometimes they can't help right away. But it's worth it for what they offer. They helped us a lot with hospice when we needed it.

"Wonderful facility, great food, caring staff, excellent temporary arrangement."
This is a wonderful facility! It looks nice, and the food is great. The staff are very kind. I was especially touched when the marketing director went the extra mile to give my mother a temporary room until one became available. Choosing this facility was a great decision!

My husband needed more help than this place could provide. The community is nice, and the people are friendly, but it's best for those who can manage on their own.

My mom is doing well at the Commonwealth. When I call her, she sounds good. Even though I'm in another state, I feel good about the care she gets there.

I visited this assisted living facility. It's super clean, residents are cheerful, and the view from the rooms is lovely. The memory boxes are a thoughtful touch for patients.
