"Disappointing Healthcare Experience in Smaller Assisted Living Community"
This place seemed nice at first, with big rooms and friendly administrators. The food was good too! But when it came to healthcare, it fell short. Even though we were told my dad, who needed a lot of care, would get extra attention for a higher cost, it didn't happen. The nursing staff was not good at all. They didn't pay attention to my dad's needs and made him feel like a bother. He ended up in the hospital twice in two weeks and decided he'd rather be at home.

"High Price, Low Quality: Mixed Experience in Upscale Setting"
We chose this community for its high price, expecting better quality. The rooms, like closet doors and lighting, felt more like cheap apartments. Maintenance around the building was very poor, with piles of maintenance trash behind it. This was disappointing, considering the community is in an upscale area. Despite these issues, we would still recommend it. We picked it because of the location, the view from the room, and the safety features in place.

"Tiny, dark rooms; no storage. Didn't pick this place."
We visited Commonwealth at Georgian Manor. The rooms were super tiny, really dark, and too crowded. Plus, there wasn't any storage space at all. That's why we decided not to go with this place.

"Assisted Living Review: Commonwealth Senior Living"
Commonwealth Senior Living is somewhat understaffed due to a labor shortage, but staff cohesion is strong. Residents enjoy personalized attention in a small, close-knit community. Activities like meals out, bingo, gardening, and personalized meal times are appreciated. Communication during a difficult time has been particularly good.

"Outdated Facility Falls Short for Loved One's Preferences"
This place looked old and wasn't what my family member wanted. The tour was simple, but I got what I needed.

"Not Quite Right for Us"
We visited Commonwealth Senior Living, but decided against it because it felt too much like a nursing home.

"Mixed staff, good rooms and food at local assisted living."
This assisted living has both great and poor staff members. It's among the better communities in this region. Room choices are varied with different pricing options. The food served here is especially enjoyable.

"Great care and clean facility with lots of activities and good food"
My mom has lived here for almost 16 years, and we’ve been very happy with the care she gets. The place is always clean and well-kept. There are lots of activities for both residents and their families. My mom especially loves the food!

"Great care and support at Georgian Manor for Alzheimer's patients"
My mom lived at CSL Georgian Manor for almost 5 years. Throughout her 10-year struggle with Alzheimer's, the staff at Georgian Manor were dedicated to making her as comfortable as possible. They offered services, support group referrals, and the emotional connection she needed. Any issues were dealt with right away, and the manager and directors were always responsive to our needs. Even though there were several staff changes during her stay, the care remained consistent. Her room was spacious, and the food was good. The staff made a real effort to encourage her to eat. In the beginning, there were many activities, outings, and events she could join, and I cherish the photos Georgian Manor shared from these times. The referrals we got from Georgian Manor were crucial in her later years. Memory care can be very expensive, but we were guided to apply for the Veteran's Aid and Attendance Pension and were also connected to Westminster-Canterbury Hospice at Home services. Both helped us with additional care and finances. I highly recommend Georgian Manor for anyone who needs their excellent support.
