"Great Care with a Few Hiccups"
My family member lived at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hillsville before. I don't have many complaints. They were quick to help when we needed something. It was comforting to have Hospice there and we hired more caregivers to be with her most of the day. There weren't usually extra caregivers at night.

"Understaffed Assisted Living Facility Fails to Meet Resident Needs"
This place doesn't have enough staff to care for residents. They only have one nurse, and the rest are assistants who can't make decisions. The manager is never available to answer questions, and with only one nurse, there's no one to ask for medical help. I wouldn't recommend it. They need to fix these issues before things improve.
