"Assisted Living Facility Disappoints in Handling Belongings After Passing"
My dad passed away, and how Commonwealth Senior Living handled things disappointed us. I went to collect his stuff the next day, but it wasn't what I thought it would be. Based on our experience, I find it tough to suggest it to other families.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
If you're thinking about Commonwealth in Kilmarnock for your loved one, I'd suggest visiting on both planned and unplanned days. Talk to the residents and check out the dining room. We noticed they do the same activities every day, which our loved one can't join. The food doesn't look good; it's mostly soup and sandwiches. Overall, we haven't been happy with our experience here.

"Veteran-Friendly Assisted Living with Short Stay Limitations"
We picked Commonwealth because they were the best we found in the area, and they’re focused on veterans. It’s a good place, but sadly, Dad didn’t stay long enough to settle in.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
While the friendly Sales and Marketing Director knew a lot, the rooms didn't work well for both parents. Overall, the community seemed organized and caring.

"Communication Needs Improvement"
I believe they need more fun activities for residents. My mother-in-law enjoys Bingo. The place is clean and odor-free, but communication needs improvement—they don’t follow up.
