"Nice facility with good staff, but nurses rarely visit rooms."
I think the new director, [name removed], is really nice, pays a lot of attention, and tries hard to make everyone happy. Also, [name removed] from sales and marketing is good too. The aides usually help the residents. The nurses are mostly at the medicine cart near the dining room, handing out medicine. They don't often go to the residents' rooms unless it's necessary. You can use this if you want. Since I'm the only one looking out for my mom, I might be a bit strict. The place is very nice and upscale. It's a great building with activities that my mom enjoyed.

"Top-notch Assistance and Clean Environment"
The staff is awesome and super helpful. The place is always clean and smells really nice. It's really convenient, and [name removed] picked it as their first choice.
