"Poor Care in Assisted Living Facility: Negligence, Understaffing Problems"
My mom stays at this assisted living facility. Regrettably, the level of care is poor. They often forget to give her her medications and there are times when there are none left. She's often missed her scheduled baths. They're also not sensible when providing her medications. There's also no staff member helping with the activities. There are a lot more serious problems. Furthermore, a lot of the staff members are quitting faster than they can hire new ones. This is leaving the place seriously understaffed. I'm hoping someone can give some advice.

"Memory Care Shared Rooms Not Suitable for Loved One"
We visited in person. The facility was nice, staff was professional. However, we decided against it because their memory care units have shared rooms, which wouldn't work for our loved ones.

Just gotta say, I'm so grateful I managed to move my family member from this place. Our time there was a total nightmare. Commonwealth Senior Living at Williamsburg? Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

"Great Assisted Living Experience!"
I really liked this place! The tour was great, residents seemed happy, and it’s a good deal. They’re working on the carpets due to snowy weather, but the dining room is nice, and the staff is friendly. I’d definitely recommend it!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Care"
Wow, the apartments look amazing after the renovation! If I were searching for a place for my Dad, this would be perfect. However, I didn't feel reassured about the care they offer. Maybe it's because no one was available to discuss it during my visit.

The community is working on adding assisted living and memory care. The staff are friendly. They provide a continental breakfast and dinner as part of the monthly fee. The food is okay. They have daily activities and occasional entertainers. The place is clean and well-kept. It’s a good idea to visit several communities before deciding.

My mom stayed here for a bit, and things went smoothly. The community is lovely, well-maintained, and offers great activities. The meals are good, and the staff is kind and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

"Great Host, Beautiful Models, but Pricey"
Jody Goush was a wonderful and polite host. She did a great job representing her community. The models were beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up to show what a comfortable living space would be like. It's just a bit too expensive for me right now.
