"High Monthly Fee and Possible Trip Hazards at Assisted Living Facility"
The cost they told me per month ($5,000 to $6,000) was way higher than the original quote. The folks were kind and excited, but the place was messy and not well-lit. There were lots of trip hazards, like a bumpy sidewalk hidden under a rug, and some spots inside where the floor height changed suddenly - dangerous for people who aren't steady on their feet. A wheelchair could handle it, but there was a curved edge that could be tricky for walkers. The list of activities wasn't very big, but the staff was really nice.

"Grateful for the loving care my mom receives!"
I'm so thankful, as are my family and friends at Crystal Gardens. The staff was there when my mom needed care. She loves the staff and enjoys the sing-alongs, music therapy, trivia, and other activities. Crystal Gardens feels like home, with the warmth and loving care from the staff, just like family.

"My Mother was a resident for 2 years until she passed away"
My mom lived at Crystal Gardens for 2 years. The staff and facilities were fantastic. She was so well taken care of, I didn't have to worry. I could just visit her and not stress about her care. It's much better than the big facility she was in before. Crystal Gardens treats their patients like family. It's perfect for when your parents need a lot of care. I called it a cruise ship—food, entertainment (karaoke and games), and most importantly, love and care. I miss my mom a lot, but I feel good knowing she got the best care. The cost was very reasonable compared to bigger places.

"Decent Facility with Small Room, Double Windows, and Warm Staff"
It's a decent place, really, but the room's quite cramped and those two windows would likely let a lot of cold in when winter rolls around. Plus, there was this old, dusty smell. On the brighter side, the staff seemed really nice.
