"Challenges at The Warren Assisted Living"
My mom stayed at The Warren for a bit starting last August. It seemed like they were always short on staff. We, the families, had to meet with the people in charge a bunch of times because we weren’t happy with the food, how clean the place was, and how they kept up the rooms. It felt like the big bosses and the health workers were always leaving and new ones coming in. Then, in October and November, the place got in trouble with the state for messing up with important meds, not keeping records straight, and not making sure the care team knew first aid like they should, plus a lot of other problems.

"Positive Experience at Greenfield Assisted Living for Mom"
Our mom has been at Greenfield for six months. She likes the activities and talking with staff and other residents. Everyone treats her and others with real kindness. Greenfield has been great for our mom.

"Bright Facility, Mixed Food"
The Activities Director is amazing and thinks of fun things for both residents and family members. The facility looks cheerful with its bright decorations and good upkeep. Unfortunately, the food is disappointing. They serve meat that's hard to cut without a knife, which is puzzling. Despite a recent 6% increase in room and board, it's still more affordable than other places in the area.

"Excellent care from skilled and compassionate staff at Greenfield!"
I placed my mom at Greenfield Senior Living after she broke her leg. I quickly saw that the staff was exceptional—caring, compassionate, and skilled. As an RN with 26 years of experience, I’m impressed with their care. They took wonderful care of my mom when she needed it most, and I’m very grateful. You can trust this facility with your loved ones; they’ll be well cared for.

"Friendly Community, Smooth Tour"
We visited this place for our aunt, and it went smoothly. The community seemed clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience, although we found a better fit elsewhere.
