"Mixed Review: Assisted Living Facility"
The housekeeping staff does a decent job, but clothes often get mixed up during laundry. Recent management changes may impact things positively or negatively. Staff turnover is very high. While they inform me about treatment changes, critical appointments remain pending after a year. I'd like more snack options for residents, but that might be unrealistic. Overall, they seem understaffed and sometimes short with residents. Daily activities beyond TV in the common area would be an improvement. It's okay. .

"Management Change Impacts Facility Experience"
My friend said things were great until management changed. After that, things went downhill a bit. It'd be nice if the company shared more info about what's happening and who to contact for each department.

"Mixed Experience at Greenfield Senior Living"
My loved one lives at Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania, and it's been okay. The nursing supervisor is kind of distant and hard to get information from. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, but others are not. They seem annoyed when my loved one asks for anything. On the bright side, it's a small place, and the main staff know all the residents by name. The public areas and bathrooms are clean. The meals aren't great, but they're okay. I haven't used another long-term care facility, so I can't really compare, but this one seems fine. They just changed ownership, so things might get better.

"Lack of Communication and Subpar Care"
The management changed, but we weren't informed. Staff communication needs improvement. My mother-in-law's care was lacking she wasn't cleaned up for three days, and we were surprised by a prescription bill. We expect better for the cost. .

"Nice facilities with good security and great staff"
The facilities were nice but could use some improvement. The security was good, and the dining area was great. The menus had a lot of nutritious options and variety. The staff were excellent, very motivated, and helpful.

"Friendly staff and good food at Greenfield Senior Living"
We picked Greenfield Senior Living because it’s a smaller place where the staff knows everyone by name. The facility doesn’t have any bad smells when you walk in. The rooms are about the same size as others we looked at. I’ve eaten here before COVID, and they do a great job with food, making sure it fits each resident’s needs. What I like most is how responsive and friendly the staff are. They always help us with any questions. I definitely recommend this place.

"Greenfield staff are attentive and quick with placement."
The staff at Greenfield worked hard to keep residents active and happy. They were very attentive to their needs. When my mother was discharged from the hospital and we had only seven days to find a place, Greenfield quickly and efficiently helped us move her into their community. My mother was very happy there, and I had no issues. It’s a great place for your loved one.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Aging Charm"
It's a cozy, little place. Probably suitable for folks whose minds are sharp but bodies aren't. Convenient location, though the building is older.
