The facility and staff are very nice. My mom enjoys living there. The food used to be really good, but now it varies since it's contracted out. The activities director is good, but many residents don't join in, which makes group games difficult.

"Personalized Care and Community Engagement Shine at Cozy Facility"
I like that it's a small place with 60 rooms, so the staff knows everyone and vice versa. They have a family dinner every third Thursday and invite families to join activities, including outings. I'm very happy with it so far and think it offers great value.

Our visit to Greenfield Senior Living of Williamsburg was positive. The facility is smaller and quieter, with fewer activities and fewer residents seen active during our tour.

"Overworked staff, untrustworthy management, and an unsafe environment."
I seriously can't recommend this place to anyone! It's a horrible place to send your cherished family members! Yes, the caregivers are lovely people, but they're massively overworked, and the management shows no concern for them. The guy in charge of the kitchen was accused of rape! The new headman last pilfered from the residents of Greenfield where he previously worked! They need to close this place!

I wouldn't put my family in this place. They promised me one price, but once everything settled, the price shot up way beyond what we had agreed. This isn't a place where one payment covers everything, they have a load of extra costs.

"Terrible Care, Overcharging, Disappointing Food at Assisted Living Facility"
Avoid this place. My family member was living independently, managing his own medication and personal care. The only thing they do now is handle his laundry. They've promised for months that he would be transitioned to the minimum level of care. But, they haven't followed through and continue to charge us for major care services that he doesn't even use or receive. The staff and overall care here are tremendously unsatisfactory. They're seriously short-handed, plus the existing staff can be rather impolite. The quality of the food has also declined significantly. In the past, there used to be a menu to select from, but now they hand you whatever they've prepared, whether it suits your taste or not. Overall, this whole thing is a terrible mess and intolerable.

"Friendly staff, spacious rooms, better results elsewhere"
The staff is friendly. The rooms are good and spacious. They did the best they could with how they were treated. My loved one wouldn't allow any help. We moved my loved one to a different place and he did a lot better there.

When I visited Greenfield of Williamsburg, it seemed like a nice place. The staff was friendly and the tour guide provided helpful details. Overall, it was positive, but we found another community that suited my father's needs better.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
The staff here really try their best to take care of my husband. When I visit, though, I don't see many activities. I think the residents would benefit from more physical things to do. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this place yet, since my husband hasn't been here long. Still, it's worth checking out. The food is okay, and they keep the place clean. Overall, I feel he's safe here.

This place is really nice and clean. The people who work here are very nice and friendly. They have a lot of activities you can do. The food seems good too. I think this is a good choice if you need care for someone you love.
