"Nice staff, big rooms, but waitlist and dark memory wing"
Pros: The staff was very nice and had been there a long time, which is a good sign. The place was clean, and the rooms were big and open. Cons: The memory care wing was darker and didn't feel as bright. There were no rooms available right away, so we had to join a waitlist. The layout had a long hallway with rooms on one side and common areas on the other. We preferred another place's setup with a bright, square layout and a big common area in the middle. This was our second choice.

"Heritage Green: A Better Choice for Seniors"
I think they listen to our concerns and try to help. My parents are happier here than before. The staff is more professional, the place is cleaner, and the workers have better attitudes. I recommend Heritage Green.

"Great Tour, Best for Active Residents"
Our family visited in person, and the tour was excellent. The community seemed nice, but it’s better suited for those who can enjoy all the amenities and activities.

"Not Our Ideal Choice"
This place wasn't as good as another one we saw. People were nice, but the other community seemed better for my loved one. It just wasn't what we wanted.

"Good community, useful activity-tracking app."
This is a good community in an older building. They have an app that lets you see what your loved one did during the day.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We stayed briefly before my loved one passed. They said she could bring her TV and recliner, but there was no space. She missed TV for three weeks. The staff were average. They struggled with tasks like transferring her to the toilet. The food wasn't to her liking. However, they were great with activities.
