"Great place for parents!"

I have no complaints about my parents' experience here so far. They have settled in smoothly with the help of the staff and other residents. I'm impressed with the meals they offer and all the different activities they have every week to keep them busy.

"An Old-School Spot That Could Use Modern Touches"

I got a good look around this place. The people working here were nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me lots of information. The building looked like an old, fancy house. The rooms felt a bit old though. I think they could use some refreshing. Also, there was a weird smell hanging around the place. This wasn't the right fit for my mom.

"Disappointed with Awful Noise and Lack of Efficient Services"

I believe I posted a review last week, but I'm unsure if you received it. There's an annoying squeaking sound coming from the apartment upstairs, likely due to the lack of rugs. This squeaking is especially bothersome when the resident upstairs goes to bed or wakes up - competely disrupting my sleep. The management has admitted they lack the finances to address the issue. Moreover, they suggested that I sleep in a different room, but this would disrupt my cat's routine which took her nearly three months to settle into this new environment. Another inconvenience is having to carry bulky trash up to another level just to dispose of it into the bins. Despite my repeated complaints, there's been no action taken. The living conditions here could also do with some improvement. When I moved in, the facility was unclean even though they claimed it had been cleaned thoroughly prior. The staff here is not only insufficient, but also lack efficiency in their work. While I remain hopeful for improvements, for now I am disappointed.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Beautiful Grounds"

Choice number 2. The place has really cool grounds. The staff are super nice and always ready to help. The rooms are just the right size. The buildings look really pretty too. And the price is fair. It's not too far from us; our son can easily ride his longboard over to see his grandma. It's about a 10-minute drive.

This place offers care for all needs. It's a home operated by Methodist Church, similar to the one in Durham.

"Nice staff, but needs updates and a better smell"

I had a nice tour of this place. The staff was kind and friendly. They answered my questions and gave me a lot of information. The community looks like an old mansion. The rooms were a bit outdated, and I think the place could use some updating. There was also a smell that lingered around. This just wasn't the right place for my mother.
