"Clean, Well-Arranged Facility with Quality Services for Elders"
I went to this place with a friend to visit his mom. The facility is nicely arranged and very clean. We were pleased with the quality of the services provided. I recommend it to anyone looking for good care for their loved ones.

"Great activities and affordable, but lacks easy nurse appointments"
This place has many activities for the residents, like cards, puzzles, and Bingo. We chose this community because it's close by and affordable. It would be helpful if family members could set up appointments with the nurse for their loved ones.

"Unfair Refusal Pushes Family to Better, Affordable Alternative"
They wouldn't let my father-in-law in for no good reason. The administration is really sketchy. But, luckily we found a better and less expensive place. Definitely look at Willow Estates before you even think about this place for your family members.

They wouldn't take my father-in-law, and wouldn't even explain why! The people running this place are sketchy. Thankfully, we found a better and less expensive option. You should look into Willow Estates before you even consider leaving your relatives here.

"Poor service, rude administrator, and depressing surroundings."
Trying to converse with an informed representative was a huge struggle. I constantly called and no response. When I eventually got to meet them face-to-face, the person in charge was incredibly disrespectful towards me. I've never been treated so poorly before. The inside of the building looked run-down and poorly maintained. Totally gloomy.

"Feels Like Home"
My brother has been at Journeys Crossing in Elkton. He is still getting settled but has started joining the activities they offer. He is quiet but is getting help with his speech. I am glad we chose this place because it feels like home.

"Amazing Facility Helped Mom Recover!"
Journeys Crossing is a truly amazing place. It has helped my mother feel much better, almost like a new person. After her kidney failure from severe dehydration, we moved her here directly from the hospital. She's really improved now. This place is a great value. I'm working with the director to set up video calls for families who live far away because phone calls aren't enough for someone with dementia. I think every facility should have video calls. Here, they use fresh food from gardens, not canned goods. Mom has done so well with the fresh food. I always tell people about this place. It’s worth the care no matter where you live.

"Friendly Staff but Not the Perfect Fit for Us"
