"Parents' Night Turns Into Nightmare at Assisted Living"
My parents moved into the assisted living facility, but after just one night, my mom had to go to the emergency room because she got upset. Then they told us they couldn't come back. We had to rush over to get their stuff. He promised twice that my dad would get a full refund, but he didn't. He was really rude to my brother and dad on the phone. And get this: my dad paid over $6000 for just one night! Losing any of that money hit him hard. Older folks like them need every penny. My mom passed away in hospice.

"Helpful staff, but too expensive and far for my aunt"
The staff at this place were really helpful and kept in touch about my aunt. They gave me lots of good information and answered all my questions clearly. Unfortunately, the cost was too high for us, and the location was too far for us to visit often. So, it ended up not being the right choice for her.

The tour we took was nice. They were nice and answered our questions. But we didn't like how far it was.
