Paramount Senior Living at Manassas

"Friendly staff and responsive administration make this a top choice"
The administrative team is quick to respond to family members, and the medical staff and room managers are both friendly and helpful to patients. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for assisted living.

"Mixed Experience with Caregivers"
They need signs on the second floor to show where the elevator is. The bosses shouldn't use bad words when talking about residents to other workers. Staff shouldn't try to diagnose medical problems; they should tell a real doctor. We liked the caregivers—they were nice and paid attention to each resident.

"“Paramount Senior Living: A Good Choice!”"
My family member lives at Paramount Senior Living in Manassas, and she’s had a great experience so far. Moving in was easy, and the rooms are spacious for the price. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. The only downside is the expensive and challenging pharmacy they work with. Overall, I’d recommend Paramount Senior Living to others.

"Great care, friendly staff, and helpful service—highly recommended"
My mother is well taken care of and happy here. The staff are very nice. I recommend visiting your loved one frequently and at different times. I would definitely recommend this community to others and have already done so. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and make sure to stand up for your loved one in any place. A Place for Mom was super helpful in finding a place for my mother. They suggested several communities and checked in with me often. They were very kind and considerate.

"Satisfied with Paramount, happy with care and facility"
I think it's fine, though I have no other places to compare. I'm happy with Paramount, and my mom likes it too. The food is good. Paramount has seniors around her age who need similar care. I was impressed with the large staff and the facility's appearance.

"Assisted Living Felt Too Much Like Nursing Home"
My family visited Paramount Senior Living at Manassas. It felt too much like a nursing home. Not what we wanted for our loved one.

"Good Care, Disappointing Management"
The CNA's gave really good care. The administration and marketing promised too much and didn't deliver, without even saying sorry. Communication with the admin was okay, but not great. There were three meals a day. Everyone ate the same thing, but you could ask for a sandwich or soup instead. The meals were okay but not great.

"Great Staff and Support at Paramount Assisted Living Facility"
We picked Paramount because it was a much better match for us. My loved one is 99 and uses a walker. The other places I visited didn’t feel right. What I really liked about Paramount was the staff. There are always many staff members around. I visit once a week, and I always see staff members, which really impresses me. I’d advise others to make sure they start the move-in process as soon as they sign the contract. All the staff, whether they are helping the residents or working in the offices, go above and beyond to assist you.

"Mixed Feelings About Aging Community"
I felt really let down during the tour. They gave me two different prices for the room. Plus, this place is pretty old.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Tour"
This tour was really bad for us. It felt more like a place for long-term care.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
We've been at this place for six months now, and it's been really tough. The people who work here keep changing, the food is terrible (at least according to my mom), most of the staff doesn't seem to care, and my mom's room is always missing things. We've talked to everyone about these problems, but nothing ever gets better. Mom doesn't want to move again, but she's feeling really sad and sleepy most of the time.

"Community with Friendly Staff and Self-Furnished Rooms"
I recommend this community. It's not quite like being at home, but the room is nice. You furnish it yourself. The staff is friendly, and I visit my loved one daily. They fell short on my father's routine, but that's common elsewhere.
