I think they aren't doing what they're supposed to do. My mom fell just four days after getting here. There were problems with her medicine too, causing trouble with my brothers and sisters. I think they can pay attention, but it's only been a short time. I feel like they promise one thing and then change it once you're inside. They have a big problem with telling the truth and keeping the same workers. The food has been hot dogs and chips. We've had to talk over video because visitors aren't allowed right now. The place looks clean and doesn't smell bad like some nursing homes. Now, they won't talk to me because they gave my mom her medicine late. If you don't have much money, this place is okay. But if you can afford something better, go for that instead.
