"Mixed Experience with Summit Assisted Living"
Make sure to visit the units if you can. Ask about the care levels and prices, especially for assisted and memory care. Also, ask about the staff-to-resident ratio. Summit is really clean and you can visit whenever. But, we've had some issues with staff shortages. This means fewer activities and delays in services, bloodwork, and communication.

"Caring staff, clean environment, short stay, good activities"
Our loved one was here for a short time, but the staff genuinely cared for them and other residents. They responded quickly and had great activities with lots of participation. The community was always clean.

"Good care, but communication needs improvement in this community"
I would tell others that if you can visit your loved one often and don’t mind if communication with the family isn’t always clear, this community is a good choice. The staff didn’t always communicate well with us, whether in person, over the phone, or by email. There was also some trouble with staff members not talking to each other between shifts. However, the care for our loved one was great. Sometimes it was hard to find staff during our visits, but they did get to know our family member and their preferences. If the resident has a good memory and just needs a bit of help, this would be a great place for them.
