"Good tour but small rooms and inconvenient location"
Our family went on an in-person tour, and it was good. This place was a bit cheaper than others in the area. It had potential, but the rooms were too small, and the location was inconvenient for us.

"Comfortable and Caring Place, but Parking and Communication Issues"
My sister checked out two other places, and she felt most at ease with Rosewood Village. We tried their respite care first to see how it went because we weren't ready to move him yet, and I’m really happy they offer that option. The care he got was okay, but my only issue was that I had to spend a lot of time explaining what he needed, and it felt like they didn’t always follow through or listen. Parking can be tricky because the lot is really small. The place itself is beautiful, and everyone there was super friendly and caring towards the residents. There was one nurse, [name removed], who was especially good. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place to others who need this kind of care.

"Great care, tasty food, and fun activities for residents"
I feel really good about this place and the people who work here. They’re doing their best, so I don’t have to worry. The food looks good for my loved one. A lot of the residents enjoy playing bingo. They also have lectures, a book club, and other fun activities for everyone to join.

"Mom is thriving with new friends and caring staff!"
Mom is settling in nicely at Rosewood Village. When I visited, she was enjoying time with her new friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Moving her there was definitely the right choice.

"Poor Quality Assisted Living Facility"
This place claims to be family-run and always has nurses around, but don't be fooled! They won some award, but it's a joke. The brochures are just links in a Word doc.

"Friendly staff and great care!"
There are 3 locations. One is 5 minutes away, and another is 15 minutes away. The closer one is full, but the further one has openings. They offer assisted living and dementia care, but no nursing care. I visited the closer one, so my notes are about that place. Prices are the same at both. Nursing home and rehab care are across the street. There's a nurse on staff 24/7. No community fee. Monthly rent is $3950 for a studio with a kitchenette and $5700 for a large 1-bedroom with a kitchenette. Extra fees are $310/month for medication and either $560 or $1120/month for care. They have PT and OT on-site and a beauty salon. No pedicures, but a podiatrist visits. The staff is very friendly and good with the residents! They have 42 assisted living and 20 memory care units. They're adding 10 more assisted living and 10 more memory care units. I spoke with []. VERY nice and helpful. HONEST!

"Loving Life at Rosewood Village Greenbriar"
Our loved one really enjoys living at Rosewood Village Greenbriar. She even taught two of the staff members there, so they have a great connection. She likes her table mates and really appreciates her care staff. I’ve eaten there, and the food is better than what I make at home. The desserts are amazing, and there are plenty of options. They have lots of activities, from concerts to offsite dinners, and she enjoys all of them. Even if she can’t join in, they take her out to socialize. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a homey and comfortable feel. The decorations for the monthly holidays are beautiful and help residents remember the time of year. They have an enclosed courtyard and a nice entrance area where residents can enjoy the fresh air. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

"Memory Care Center Unsuitable for Mother-in-law"
Our visit to the facility was thorough. The workers here showed us around patiently and were able to effectively respond to all our queries. However, their memory care section didn't seem to suit my mother-in-law. The place lacked liveliness and when we reflected upon it later, we concluded that she'd likely fare better living with us in Arizona.

"Beautiful but too fancy for my loved one's needs."
The place looked fancy, but not quite right for my loved one. I couldn't see everything clearly. It's really nice, but it seems more suitable for someone younger.

"My Visit: Mixed Impressions"
This place seemed nice during our visit. They provide rehab services, including a jacuzzi. The staff we met were friendly, and the community is clean. However, due to its congested location, we didn't think it would suit our loved one.

"Best decision ever for my mom!"
From my first surprise visit to Rosewood Village Greenbrier, I knew it was the best place for my mom. Every visit since then has made me feel even better about it. The staff seems to know everything about her right away. Everyone treats us like family. It's only been a couple of months, but her move to the facility has been super smooth. Now, I can relax knowing she's well cared for, safe, entertained, and VERY well fed. I couldn't be happier.

"A Caring Place Where My Mom Felt at Home"
I picked Rosewood for my mom months ago, but she wouldn’t check it out. After she fell and broke her shoulder on April 26, I needed a place for her quickly. Rosewood came through for us, getting her in the very next day. Crystal and Beth were incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted fast. The staff has been amazing, and everyone who visits says how great the place is. If I had to choose again, I’d pick Rosewood without hesitation. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my mom is cared for with kindness and love. Thank you, Rosewood!

"Friendly, accommodating staff"
Our experience with Rosewood Village has been really good! The place looks nice, and the staff is friendly and super helpful. My loved one can be hard to work with, but they’ve been nothing but caring and supportive. They even recommended a better doctor when we had trouble with our previous one. Overall, it’s just been a great experience!

"Great shared spaces, but two different waiting lists"
This assisted living place is pretty good, with amazing shared spaces. However, it has two waiting lists: one for residents who have paid a month's base rent, and another for those who have just paid the standard $500. Even though these payments can be fully or partially given back, paying a month's rent usually means a resident has made up their mind to stay there.
