"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I like how cozy it feels compared to other places I checked out. The staff changes a lot, which I guess happens everywhere in healthcare. At first, we had trouble getting my Dad's Parkinson's meds on time, but it's better now.

"Beautiful Views and Friendly Staff"
It’s a great fit for my mom and me. The staff is friendly, and it’s budget-friendly. The view of the valley, vineyard, and trips to Skyline Drive are wonderful.

"Affordable Care with Friendly Staff"
It’s decent. The quality matches the price. Not as fancy as other places, but affordable for care. I appreciate the staff spending time with residents. Everyone is friendly, and my loved one is doing well.

"Feels Like Home, Great Care for My Sister"
We picked Shenandoah Senior Living because they accepted my sister and helped with her care needs. I was really happy with them. The place is nice, out in the country, which felt like home for her since she grew up there. I would definitely tell other families to choose them.

"Upset with Limited Assistance and Hard-to-Navigate Roads"
Bummed Out: The person we wanted to meet wasn't available. Instead, one of the office assistants took us on a tour. The journey to get there was pretty tough, lots of country roads and paths with unclear signage. We took the information packet but are not considering this place anymore.

"Concerns About Staff and Ownership"
This place is pretty good. The rooms are nice, and the views are amazing. It’s close by, but the staff turnover and ownership changes worry me a bit. Still, there are plenty of available spots.

"Settling in Happily"
My mom is really enjoying Shenandoah Senior Living. The place is super clean and nice. The food is great, and they have lots of meals she likes. The view of the mountains from the dining area is beautiful! The staff is friendly, caring, and always there for her. They encourage her to join in activities, and she loves winning at Bingo! Plus, they provide transportation for shopping and doctor appointments nearby. We made a good choice for my mom, and she’s happy, making new friends.

"Assisted Living Facility Shows Improvement under New Management"
Shenandoah has new management now. My loved one was one of the first to move in after this change. The difference between then and now is huge. They replaced all the staff, which made me worry. There weren't enough people to take care of him. I talked to them and had meetings to share my worries. They listened to me and things are getting better. The place itself is amazing. It's really clean, the best I've seen. I'd consider moving there because of that. They're doing better now and I hope they keep improving.

"Improving, But Needs More Staff Attention"
Shenandoah’s got new bosses, and my family member was one of the first to move in after everything changed. It’s totally different now. They’ve got all new people working there, which made me a bit worried. Even though they’re picking some good new workers, my relative didn’t get the care he needed 'cause there weren’t enough staff around. I’ve been on the phone and had meetings with them to talk about what’s bugging me. They’re listening to what I have to say, and I’m seeing some good changes. The place itself is super nice, the nicest I’ve seen, and it’s always clean. I’d live there just for that. It looks like they’re starting to go the right way, and I’m crossing my fingers it keeps getting better.
