"Great Facility, Good Staff, Accessible Rooms—Highly Recommended!"
We picked Spring Arbor because everything is on one level, which is important since she uses a wheelchair or walker. We really liked the administrator and head nurse when we met them. The room is a studio, and for her, it’s more than enough. We believe a facility is only as good as its lowest-level employee. If the aides were paid more, they might care more, but this applies to any facility. Overall, I highly recommend it to other families.

"Nice place, but we needed something smaller and cozier"
This was a really nice place, but I found another one that was a better fit for my loved one. This place was pretty big, and I wanted something smaller and cozier.

"Gloomy Virtual Tour"
We took a virtual tour of Spring Arbor, but the video and audio didn’t work well. The place felt gloomy, and it’s pricey.

"Fantastic Facility: Perfect Fit for My Mom's Needs"
The facility was fantastic. It’s exactly what I wanted. It’s better than her current place, and I can see my mom fitting in well in this caring environment.

"Welcoming and Clean Assisted Living Community!"
We visited this place when we were checking out where to take care of a family member. Spring Arbor of Salisbury looked really nice and clean. It was one of our favorite options. The staff there were really friendly and acted professionally. The place itself was tidy and well-maintained. It felt like a really good place overall!

"Active and Friendly Community with a Great Atmosphere"
This place was really nice. It was clean, and everyone was very friendly. It looked like there were more activities than at other places I visited. I’m not sure if they actually had more activities or if it just seemed that way, but it felt really good.
