"Small Facility with Limited Amenities: Okay Tour Experience"
We went to see Sunrise of Arlington in person, and the tour was alright. However, the place was too small for what we wanted for our loved one, and there weren't many extra things to do there.

"Inadequate Facility Lacks Amenities and Accessibility"
We visited the facility and everyone was very nice, but unfortunately, it wasn't a good fit for our family member. The place was quite small and didn't offer a lot of extra things to do. The rooms and furniture looked really aged and brought down our spirits, especially because the furniture looked so old. The bathrooms didn't even have wheelchair access. Plus, there simply weren't enough activities and stimulation.

"Exceptional care and friendly staff"
The staff here is incredibly friendly. Administrators are always available to answer questions by email or voicemail. The Executive Director is wonderful, working all hours and being hands-on with care. The aides are very patient and never lose their temper. Even though my mother can be challenging, they always greet her by name with a smile and stay calm, which has been fantastic.

"Cozy Assisted Living: Friendly Staff, Limited Storage, $6000/Month"
This place is kinda small, but the people who work here are nice. But, there's one big problem: no closets. And it costs $6000 each month.

"Cozy assisted living with friendly staff, beautiful rooms, minor concerns."
The people who worked there were really nice, and the room they let me see was so pretty and full of light. But I got worried when I saw the stairs - they were really nice too, right in the front hall. I couldn't help but imagine my dad tripping on them. I'm sure they have ways to keep that from happening, but it's still what I thought about most. Besides that, it's a really nice, cozy place.

"Warm and Homey Assisted Living with Great Food and Flexibility"
This place is pretty good. It's small and feels cozy, like living with family. Everyone who works here and lives here knows each other. The food is really good, and the staff can change things up if you need them to.

"Friendly and professional staff, but limited outdoor space"
We also visited Sunrise in Arlington. It was a bit out of our way, but closer to DC. It was in a neighborhood, which seemed nice, but it wasn’t really. The area was urban, and there wasn’t enough outdoor space or seating areas. Everyone there was professional and friendly. It was a good tour, but not what we were looking for.”

"Great place with attentive staff and lovely residents!"
The staff here is really attentive, and the setting is beautiful. It feels cozy, and the turret room is especially nice. They provided some furniture we needed, too. The medical services and activities are excellent. It's also close to our home, right in a nice neighborhood.

"Impressive Tour, Friendly Staff, But a Bit Overwhelming"
We took an impressive tour of this place. The neighborhood was fantastic. The team there was really nice to us and made us feel welcomed. My only worry is that given its size, it might be too much for my husband to handle. Regardless, our tour was pleasant and it's a great place.

"Feels like a cozy Victorian home"
My mother-in-law is doing great at Sunrise/Arlington. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are lots of activities. The Victorian-style building feels like a real home, with only 50-60 residents. The rooms are bright, clean, and easy to get to. They provide personalized care, and Nate, the manager, is very helpful in guiding us through everything.

"I Would Recommend"
My experience at the assisted living facility started off a bit rough. The staff was too pushy during the initial days, and I felt uncomfortable. However, things improved afterward, and I stopped feeling overwhelmed. I did get charged for care I didn't actually receive, but overall, it's been a positive experience. The caregivers are friendly and genuinely care about my dad and all the residents.

"Mother is very happy there"
Sunrise of Arlington is a great place. They really seem to care about the residents. The lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name) knows everyone's name and can tell you how they are and what they’re up to. The food is good and just right for them. My mother-in-law is very happy living there.

"Disappointed by Lack of Closets and Separate Bathroom Sink"
Wasn't too pleased that the rooms lack closets or a distinct bathroom sink. There's only a kitchen sink available in the room. But, the size of the room is decent.
