The activities director is awesome! They organize fun fitness events. But the business office has some hiccups, and the food service can be short-staffed.

"Decline in Activities and Inconsistent Care"
The care has gone downhill since my mom moved in, especially with activities. They used to go out for lunch, take van rides, have ceramics class, special occasion parties, therapy dogs, and more. Now, they don't do any of these things. The old Activities Director encouraged everyone to join in and involved families, but I hardly see the new one. Laundry is done inconsistently, and her clothes often go missing even though they are labeled.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs More Fun Activities and Staffing Improvement"
This place could use better activities. I don't see any art stuff, and bingo only happens twice a week. It's okay, but they need more staff. The people who clean up are really good though.

"Modern Facility with Plenty of Activities, Recommended for Seniors"
We liked Harmony at Chantilly because they have lots of things to do, the cost is good for what you get, and the place looks modern and clean. The apartments are just the right size for what she needs. The people who live here seem lively and friendly, so it's been easy for her to fit in and make friends. I'd say it's worth checking out.

"Impressive Assisted Living Experience"
I toured Harmony at Chantilly on Monday. The staff and residents were pleasant. I'm impressed! Looking forward to my follow-up visit after checking out other places this week.

"Activities Need Improvement"
This place is pretty new, lots of empty apartments still. My mom loves her place, feels like home with her furniture all set up. The staff is super nice and pays attention. Been chatting with the boss about adding more stuff to do, like bingo and cards at night. That way, folks can get out and meet each other. Mom's into being active and talking with neighbors, but it's been tough here. She does like going to eat in the dining room, though.

"Great stay, friendly staff, and impressed family visits"
My wife and I spent a month here to see if we liked living in an independent community. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. This is a newer place with nice features. Everything went smoothly. We met lots of friendly residents, and the staff was kind and helpful. Our families visited and were impressed with the community. It’s a great facility, and I would recommend it.

"Mom's Good Care and Happy Here"
This is a nice community. We like the care from the very caring staff. The community is clean and a great environment for my mom. I like knowing she is very happy with the menu. They have activities for residents who want to join. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

"A Beautiful New Community"
My sister really enjoys living here. This place just opened and it looks amazing. The staff are super nice and helped her move in and set up her stuff. They have fun activities every day and take trips out. She loves the food, and the chef is great. I would totally recommend this place.

"Beautiful New Community with Amazing Staff"
I can’t wait for my mom to move into this place. Sandra, the lady who showed us around, was amazing. She gave us lots of helpful info during our tour. The building is brand new and looks great inside and out.
