"Understaffed, Poor Medication Management: Not Recommended"
This place isn't good. The front desk is always empty, so nobody answers the phone. They don't have enough nurses. One nurse has to take care of two floors and give out medicine. It's not right that patients have to wait until 11:10 am for their meds. I don't think people should go to this place.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Some Staffing Challenges"
The staff is nice and caring, but sometimes they're short-staffed. Keep an eye on the billing. Be there for your loved one as much as possible. We chose this place because of its price and location.

"Beautiful Package, Lacking Care"
This place offers a nice package, but the care doesn't match the price. They raise rates after you move in and ignore your feedback.

"Bad Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Hey, don't take your loved ones here. Most of the staff doesn't care about the people who live here. I spent 12 hours a day watching what happened behind those doors, and it was scary. When I left my brother there to sleep, I felt helpless. Sadly, he passed away there, and they didn't give me back the extra money I paid. I really hope someone in charge takes action against this place. I asked for help, but they never responded.

"Good care with some room for improvement in food and cleanliness"
My loved one is in the Memory Care unit with Hospice care at The Harmony at Hanover Assisted Living and Memory Care. I think she’s getting good care. The daytime CNA’s are really nice, patient, and friendly. The place is pretty clean, but it could be better. The food is just okay. I don’t regret choosing this place for her.

"Disappointed with Grandma's Assisted Living: False Impressions, Poor Experience"
My grandma moved in here, but she's leaving soon. I wish I listened to her! When we toured the place, I thought it was amazing. But, what we got was totally different! I'm going to tell the company about it.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
“Most of the nurses were friendly, but there were no activities on the memory care side after the activities director left. During the tour, we liked the facility and the people. However, the other issues arose after my loved one was admitted, even though it was just a respite stay.

"More Staff Needed for Assisted Living Dining"
Overall, our experience was good. If you're considering assisted living, it'd be better with more staff for residents. We noticed a shortage of nursing staff. The head RN was great but worked a lot. The facility is clean and pleasant, with lots of activities. However, dining options are limited, and the fixed dining times don't give residents much choice. More dining choices would help.

"Lack of Communication and Billing Issues at Harmony Assisted Living"
My mom lives at Harmony Assisted Living. It's been almost a year, but there have been lots of problems. The staff keeps changing, and there aren't enough of them. They don't talk well with our family. Recently, we found out an outside agency was billing my mom's insurance. Harmony didn't even ask us first.

"Great Assisted Living with Good Meals and Responsive Staff"
I would suggest this community to others who need care for their loved ones. Overall, the staff has been quick to answer any questions or address any concerns the family has had. So far, it’s been a good place for our loved one. They serve three meals a day, and residents can choose what they want. My loved one is really happy with the food, and it always smells great when I visit.

"Harmony Falls Short: Understaffed and Unprofessional"
We had a bad time at Harmony. I’d say to other families: avoid it. They didn’t have enough staff, and they acted unprofessional.

"Poor care led to loved one's hospitalization, very disturbing experience."
The place where our family member stayed was really bad. They didn't take good care of them, and because of that, they had to go to the hospital.

"Disappointing Experience: High Turnover, Lacking Communication, Independence Needed"
I wouldn't have chosen this place if I knew what I know now. Unless your loved one can do a lot on their own, I wouldn't suggest this place. It's weird that the memory care is less organized than assisted living. Lots of staff are leaving. I talked to the head nurse, but she left, then the director left, then the regional director left, all in a few months. They don't communicate well. There's a new head nurse now, she's trying, but the whole program needs fixing, not just her effort. I'm really disappointed and looking at other places.

"Disappointing Care: Lack of Engagement and Support"
My sister picked this place. I've visited once. I'm not impressed with how they care for her. They don't seem to have a plan to keep her engaged. They told my sister she could take her to activities if there are any. I don't think my sister should have to do that. I don't suggest this place. They're okay with my mom sleeping all day and only bathing her twice a week.

"Nice place, but too far from home for us"
I visited this place and it looked really nice. Everyone there seemed happy. It was just a bit too far from where we live, so we chose a different place.

"Friendly Community, But Lacked Welcoming Atmosphere and Walking Paths"
This was a nice place. However, it didn't seem very friendly because the residents didn’t greet my loved one. Also, there wasn’t a walking path available for them, either inside or outside the community.

"Limited Activities in Memory Care, Mostly TV"
The memory care section doesn't have many activities. Mostly, they just watch TV.

"Widespread Concern Over Authenticity and Care"
I had a walkthrough of the place with one of the admission officers. She was pretty hurried and snooty. Everything felt "put on". We just didn't feel great about the place. The nurses seemed really doubtful of themselves. I couldn't possibly leave a family member there in good faith. There was no sincere care or honesty from the staff or the facility itself.

"Fresh and cheerful place with a helpful trial program!"
I really loved Hanover Crossings. It’s a newer building, so everything felt fresh, bright, and cheerful. They offer both shared and single rooms. The shared rooms have two separate areas, but the bathroom is in a small foyer outside the bedroom doors. They have a 30-day trial program where you can try out the facility with your family member for a daily rate. After 30 days, you can choose to extend for another 30 days or decide if you want your loved one to stay longer. They have skilled nurses available 24/7, and the facility is close to my home.

"Spacious Assisted Living Facility with Focus on Amenities"
This place is really nice and new. It's bigger than the other places we looked at, and the staff did a great job showing us around and answering our questions. They offer lots of things for residents to do if they want, and the staff we met were all friendly. But we ended up feeling like it wasn't the best fit for my mom because it's so big and focuses more on fancy stuff than activities. It didn't feel like homey.

"Unskilled Nursing Staff at The Crossings Disappoints"
I was really excited when I found The Crossings and working with them was great. But, the nurses there don't have the same quality. My mom ended up in the hospital three times in just three months because they couldn't figure out what her issue was. When I raised my worries, they didn't pay any attention. Now, my mom has to find a new place to live. The Crossings, being a new facility, has a long way to go.

"Great Care and Friendly Staff at This Community"
We are happy with my father-in-law's move to this place. He’s doing well here, and we know he’s getting good care. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I would recommend this place.
